first time here(and probably the last), just watched new planet of the apes. food was good, service was terrible. we had a “bottomless” popcorn and a “bottomless” soda, except our waiter never came back to check up us. we had the sign up for the entirety of the second half of the movie, he only ever came back to give us the bill. nice concept if they were to actually come back to refill.

I found the seats a little uncomfortable. Parking is good and free. Watched planet of the apes in #3

A very nice theater. Clean, well-lit, accessible. Love their specialty screenings. Food's a bit more expensive than it used to be, naturally, but very tasty!

Love their vintage movies and movie parties. Great for adults and kids! It's no wonder their reviews are all positive!

The new seats are terrible… they don’t recline as further as the old ones, they are narrower and the numbers don’t match… on more than 3 occasions my husband and I got separated seats when we got seats from rows 2 and 3; having to seat and share table with a stranger was not fun.BRING BACK THE OLD SEATS!

Table placement between chairs for food is awkward, bottomless is useless, no one comes to check.

My 2nd time in. 1st time was ok. I wanted to see Civil War and figured I'd go back to this theater. Everything was cool except for the fact that it takes forever to get food and drinks (even tho there were about 6 people in our showing) Fast forward to why I'm leaving 3 stars.... on 4/19 I went over my bank statements and see that my charge cleared for $66. I only spent $56 and didn't tip because I didn't like the service. So I call over and ask about the charge. I'm told by management that any unsigned receipts get charged an auto 18% (which I was already aware of as it's posted on the bar) Only issue is, I signed my receipt. So why charge me if I signed it? Management Emails me a copy of my "original" receipt (wasn't the original) and states that since I didn't sign, they added auto added 18% ($10.12) . When I got my receipt (half way through the movie) I looked over my amount, wrote $0 in the tip area and then wrote the exact amount of $56 and a few cents and signed my name. Now either your servers forgot and never came for my SIGNED receipt or they're just being shady and if someone leaves $0 tip, y'all just reprint the receipt to charge a gratuity. Well sorry but not over here. Again, I left $0 tip because my service was crap and I didn't want to tip for the service I received. This is a suggestion coming from a manager in customer service: I suggest additional training in service for your workers and in management since she wasn't much help and seemed condescending and made me feel as if I was lying. Anyways, Manager said she had too many other things to do and didn't want to argue the fact, and to give my card info to the front desk. I just got my refund and won't be back unfortunately. I recommend that y'all double even TRIPLE check your receipts if you come here. *attached is the alleged "original" receipt that was reprinted and added 18% to.

This is the worst Alamo I’ve ever been to. Took 45min to get popcorn. Waited 15min after the movie ended (after credits) for our server to bring our card/ bill back. Unbelievable. Will never be back.
