Came out for a nice late night dinner with my wife but the food I must say wasn't that great, I ordered a stake dinner medium well ( came out rare) my wife ordered a rib plate (ribs were very fatty) my Pepsi no carbonation to it at all the sweet tea wasn't sweet. I'm just all around disappointed, the music choice isn't suitable for the "family atmosphere" you guys stand for.

Came in a large group of people for my Aunts birthday party alot of or food wasn't to standard. Raw burgers when we specifically asked for well done, cold ribs , and when asked for them to be fixed the whole plate including the sour cream was warned up in the microwave. Asked for the manager and we spoke to Jay. He fixed it all up for us. Amazing customer service and people skills. Think didn't eat he did give me some chicken to go. We really appreciate management who witnessed it all and comped the whole table. We really appreciate Jay. The manager. He was very understandable and seen it all. He made the experience worth it thanks Jay.

What a horrible place to go. I just got out from there after waiting for almost an hour to get only 2 burgers and 1 appetizer, and they just brought the appetizer, and the place was not even crowded. BTW, the appetizer was horrible. The attention of the server was unexistent. I just left and ended up eating in a Raisin Canes, totally better than this horrible place. Lesson learned, I will never go again.

good location and service. my food had too much sodium. I didn't like the dirty carpet smell when we walked in. the prices are okay. I recommend drink specials and appetizers. being open late is a plus.

The restuarant smelled horrible and the food and service were even worse! Upon arrival, we waited quite a while to be greeted. When the host did arrive, their demeanor was unwelcoming and unfriendly. Although our server was nice, she kept forgetting things and would disappear for long periods of time - despite the restaurant being almost empty. When the food finally arrived, most of it was cold and tasted terrible. Don't waste your time or money here.

I was literally trying not to throw up after only entering. The stalls were out of order and it smelled like raw sewage. Most definitely a health hazard. We went because it had been a few years since we had visited Applebee's. I now remember why. Will not be back.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a steak rare at 9:40, was told it would be ready at 10:02, my fiancé went to go pick it up. He actively watched as the food sat on the counter for over 10 minutes and was passed multiple times. A new order came out and was ran first, then finally our food was brought to the car. I called to see what was taking so long and the guy was handing my fiancé the bag and he told me “nah I don’t see it on the screen.” As he checked it off. Finally received the food at 10:27 and it was COLD. (Obviously because it sat there for 10 minutes after being made.) Cheese bite were not warm and neither were the green beans or Mac n cheese. 22 minutes to cook a rare steak and drop cheese bites in a fryer is more than enough time, and to extend it by another 25 minutes for a total of 47 minutes is absurd. Not even busy at this time, less than 5 tables taken inside the restaurant. There is no reason for this. Archie, the car side boy, was very rude and unprofessional as well, even though I was polite. This happens every time I pre-tip too. Shouldn’t have gotten anything.Edit: forgot my extra firecracker sauce that I paid for and apparently doesn’t know what RARE cooking temp is. NEVER GO HERE!!!!
