No to-go coffee is worth a 35-40 minute wait. I think the coffee itself tastes good, but disappointed with the wait time. Next time, let customers know if they will have to wait beyond a reasonable amount of time so that they can choose if they still want to order.

Amazing, my favorite brunch spot! Highly recommend the potatoes and eggs Benedict! The ambiance and coffee are unmatched as well! Finally, the service is top notch. Everyone is always soo nice! :)

Could be so much better. Pancakes with strawberries and blueberries, 3/4 of one strawberry and 6 blueberries! Bacon and egg role with BBQ sauce looked liked they’d run out of sauce and scraped the lid of the bottle. Pancakes and bun were both slightly burnt.Flavors were nice.The waiter had the audacity to preselect 20% as a tip! When asked how was everything the waiter walked off as I started taking.

Always enjoy my alone time at the coffee bar table - order a half-caf hemp latte (in a mug!), Latin-chicken salad, maybe a croissant? Best combination with fresh coffee beans Spent a few hours here just to read and write, no one will disturb me, いい感じだなぁ^_^ ☕️Happy to write together!!

fast friendly service. LOUD loud. literally had to yell across the table. Guy next to me was not only loud, he talked nonstop. Must've been a salesman. ham and cheese sandwich. Missing the cheese, too much raspberry jam. Mediocre fries. Hubs enjoyed the Caesar chicken salad. Huge portion, took half home. Would not revisit this location, but might try the other one in the design district.
The coffee here tastes nothing like the Addison location. I ordered the pancakes and they come with syrup in a ramekin cup 1/3 full. Seriously? I ordered additional syrup, but the syrup that was brought to me after was different from the one that comes with the pancakes. The coffee was a big let down.

Ordered a $15 dollar salad for lunch and the lettuce was old and chicken was cold not sure if it’s supposed to be cold but just not what I expected.
