Waited a long line only to be told the sweet almond pretzel weren’t available and I had to wait for 20-25m where as they have abundant of others. You gotta work on your variety and stop slacking off! This is the worst place ever!

I asked if I could get unsalted pretzels for the garlic parmesan style, I was told it had no salt, it wasn't till the next person in line asked that the cashier told the other customer that all the pretzels had salt. Evidently the one I received also had salt and to add further the taste was very synthetic and dusty. The garlic and parmesan seem to be the type of dust you add to popcorns, just not real or does it even try to be. Go to some other pretzel place if you want a more realistic flavor of garlic and parmesan.

Cinnabons and pretzels are great... however man working the counter was the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I've ever encountered.... Manager of this store get a hold of your employee!! Also gave in correct change!! Paid us to purchase a sauce..
