Very reasonably priced for a breakfast/brunch place but pretty regular food. I had the steak skillet and enjoyed it but it seemed slightly small of a portion. The sourdough toast did not taste like sourdough- either she didn't bring the right kind or it's just bad quality. Also, we asked for a few simple things on the side or omitted on our orders and the waitress missed them completely. Seating is not very private or cozy. You may end up on a long table with other groups a seat or two away.

This place is top notch! Great menu. Very friendly staff. Food was absolutely incredible! Best eggs benedict my husband has had in a while. Chicken and waffles did not disappoint! John was an amazing server! Overall five stars across the board! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks y'all! We will be back!

Everything just seemed right. They seem to have it figured out here. The vibe, food, and service all matched and complemented each other. It was a packed house our entire visit, but never really a wait. Things seemed to run extremely smooth and efficiently. The gentleman steering the ship that I assume is the owner or manager was none stop and extremely hands on which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. It is clear they have some loyal regulars as many patrons were addressed by name with handshakes and hugs.All in all it was just a great experience and I don't know anything that could have made it better. Great job awake!

A bright, airy place for breakfast and lunch. Our server was very accomodating and the food was delicious. I ordered and enjoyed the Hiker's Benedict. Colleagues tried the Colossal Club with ranch potatoes and both approved. One even asked where they procured their bread. A delightful experience in a sea of chain restaurant choices.

This was a first time visit for me and a friend. We both ordered the Texas Steak Skillet, Sunnyside Eggs with Sourdough Bread. It wasn’t bad. I wish they used a different type of steak. The meat was very thin and I wasn’t sure if there was any which I had to dig through for mine. I also had a Kale Kicker drink that was very tasty!Wasn’t a good first impression for me in the meal, but I’ll visit again to try something different.?

Came here friday morning, It’s our usual before running errands since we’ve moved to Dallas. Definitely recommend! Though, last experience was a bit off the host seemed to be on something and was coughing into the open handing out to go orders. The ranch potatoes now seem to be frozen? The english muffin was stale. Overall I just didn’t finish my meal lacked what flavor it usually has for the first time, I get food cost but quality is essential I could go simply go anywhere for frozen food nowadays. Hopefully just a one time thing so leaving 4 stars. Will return.

We had breakfast on Christmas Eve morning. The food was fantastic. Our waitress was fantastic and very attentive. I ate the Colorado Scramble and it was very tasty. The cheese grits were a great side to eat as well.It's worth checking out!
