I should have paid more attention to the reviews. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The cake we picked up was terrible, and looked nothing like the picture. They didn't even bother to write the birthday message. Furthermore, there was a hair on it. I was better off making the cake myself. I ended up having to purchase cake gel to write the message. The circular cake was what was advertised. Stop advertising what you cannot deliver. I learned my lesson and will not be back here.

I ordered a single scoop of ice cream through the drive thru. They only had cake cones and weren't apologetic about it. As I was deciding if I still wanted the ice cream, I felt rushed. They were rude. I settled on it being placed in a cup. As I got to the window, I was charged a different price then was on the drive-through menu. As I went to question the worker about the price difference, she quickly interrupted me, included the price that she was charging me, $3.99 +tax. The menu out side said $2.99. O paid for my ice cream because I wanted it, but I'd rather drive to a different location than to deal with that staff ever again. RUDE

Customer service was terrible. We were literally ordering like normal and he was giving us attitude from the start. We told him we weren’t ready and he told us to take our time, not even a minute later he asks us if we’re ready basically rushing us and then we ask what flavors of ice cream they have and instead of telling us he says we have to come inside. He offered to list some off and to make it easier for him we just said we would ask about a specific flavor and he could tell us if they had it. We asked about chocolate chip cookie dough and he said “yeah we have it but i have to walk to the back to get it.” making it seem like we were inconveniencing him by ordering it. his tone was also very rude the whole time, he had an attitude with us from the very beginning. Then when we pulled up to the window, the girl told us to pull forward even though there was no one behind us, we took a second to look at our receipt and then not even 30 secs later, the guy from before comes to the window and tells us to move forward? it was so confrontational for no reason and he started arguing with us, telling us that WE were the ones being disrespectful. i was telling him that i’ve worked lots of different retail jobs and would have never treated customers the way he was treating us. after reading the reviews now it all makes sense. their customer service is known to be bad. his name was austin btw. he told us that he has lots of good reviews from customers and is always very respectful but i haven’t seen any reviews about him so i think he was lying just to prove us wrong.

We pulled up to the drive thru, the guy asked for my order, I told him we weren't ready, and we needed a few minutes. We're looking at the options, and he asked again if we're ready. I told him no, (a minute had only gone by, I have kids)... them he proceeds to say, "our flavors aren't all listed, if you wanna see them all you'll have to come in". No biggie, I told him if there's a flavor we're wondering about then I'd just ask if they have it. I asked if they have mint chocolate chip (yes, they do), and then I asked if they had chocolate chip cookie dough... "yes, but I'll have to go all the way in the back to get it." Sounded like he was complaining that he'd have to walk far to get the ice cream. It was rude. We pulled up to pay, and the cashier asked me to pull forward. No one behind me, why am I having to move? I didn't immediately move, I wanted to look at my receipt. A guy opens up the window and rudely says, "I'm gonna need you to pull forward" at this point I was done with the attitude and immediately asked why I had to move forward since no one was behind me. "Because it's going to take a long time" he says. No car behind me still... I didn't understand why I had to move. Why couldn't I just wait there where I could see them? We went back and forth with how rude he was to us. He told us there was a timer for the customer, we needed to order in a certain amount of time. Incorrect, the staff is timed, not the customer. He was just extremely rude. Overall, horrible customer service. His name is Austin and he swore to us that he had great reviews. Lies.Do not go there. You will not get the customer service you deserve. If you order ice cream that is in the back, watch out, you're making them take a few extra steps.

The worst customer service , I wish Google can change the review Starting with minus starts , Very bad experience I tried to contact the headquarter but They respond to my email with the phone number of the owners to contact.I asked one of the staff why the prize you charge me different than the display behind you showing a different price , His excuse that’s an old panel price list.After that, he didn’t like what I’m saying, and he left me for another person to help me out.That was a very bad customer service happens back in August 2023 with the case #12009451 .I hope my message would be delivered to the owners Or management of that location.

Ice cream cake melted when I got home!

Good service. Worst excuse for a milkshake. So I wanted ice cream or soft serve on my way home from Walgreens. Problem with the DQ next door would be that a cone would melt in no time since the temp today is 100° plus and didn't have time to go with a blizzard. Figured Baskin Robbins or Dunkin would be good and I could get something I could drink on the way home. Less mess. Contemplated a coolatta but went with a shake. Big mistake. Big. Huge! Was promising but as the person working poured the shake into a cup, I saw how non-shake it was. Plus there was a lot of shake left in the blender. Seemed like he put a fair amount of ice cream in the blender but way too much milk. Wasn't shake consistency at all. It's was like drinking a cool glass of milk with nuts in it since I chose Jamoca Almond Fudge. I needed to get back to work so I didn't say anything but I learned not to order a shake from BR again.

NOT EVENWORTH 1 STAR!! TOOK 15 MINUTES TO GET MY ICE CREAM CONE. THE CONE WAS $5.49 FOR A BABY CONE!! NO ONE IN THE STORE OR DRIVE THRU!! ALL THE WORKERS TALKING AND LAUGHING!! THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN IF THEY CANNOT GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR DONUTS AT THIS LOCATION ARE JUST AS BAD!!! SHAME ON THE OWNER FOR SUCH HIGH PRICES WITH LITTLE PORTIONS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER!!!

When asked about the order, I was told that another employee was working on it and it’ll be ready in a couple of minutes. After five minutes I asked again and learned that no one was really working on it. So I thought another employee was finally starting to put it together but after 10 minutes I asked about it again, and this employee look confused, and then asked me how the order was placed because they couldn’t find it. At that point I gave up and left.I highly recommend avoiding this location and it’s dead going down the street to tongue in cheek. Much better ice cream and friendlier staff.

Very friendly, when I walked in the door I was greeted. I had a double scoop ice cream with waffle cone and honestly thought it was a lot for $5. Then my bf came in and got a referred drink from her and kinda digged thw drink. Thanks. Was a good experience.
