Best brick oven pizza I've ever had. I ordered the inferno and I couldn't believe how great the flavor of the crust and salami was on the pizza. The mozzarella pull was great and had great seasoning on the whole pie as well.

Finally found the perfect piece of pizza in Dallas. The dough is fresh and still slightly soft. The crust is chewy. The cheese is so fresh it is stretchy and you need to use your fingers to tear it away from your mouth. Yummy!

The food was amazing and most of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. BUT, the blonde woman running the cash register was so rude for no reason. I asked for a 9” pizza on a Sunday, and apparently they only do 12” on weekends - she responded to me in the most annoyed tone making me feel stupid for not seeing the small note that said that. She continued this tone for the whole interaction… and I pride myself on being super nice so it really caught me off guard.

I have been pretending to be a different person to get those free cheese pizza samples for too long now haha. So I finally pulled the trigger and ordered myself a nice dinner for a movie night. Best choice. The Inferno was delicious. My girlfriend got the Rocket Prosciutto pizza and that was also amazing. You can definitely taste the freshness of every ingredient of each bite. The pepperoni rolls are a must as well. I'd choose that for lunch over a hot pocket. But they make as great side or appetizer as well. We will definitely be coming back to try more. The owner is so kind and generous! He noticed me setting up an art show near his restaurant in The Market and offered all of my students and their families 20% off. He did not have to do that, but we are so grateful.Bonus: the pizza was delicious! I got the Pancetta & Fig and it was the perfect blend of sweet and salty. He also offered free samples of the four cheese, which was really good too!
