I visited here entirely based on the recommendation of the guide on my Dallas tour earlier in the day. He (Isaac) also facilitates a food tour as well and has a love for trying different locations, and has been in Dallas much of his life, so I easily accepted the suggestion . . . and glad I did. I wanted to visit a location that offers top-quality craft bar options (and I did add "no matter the price"). The pricing here was VERY reasonable, and the service at the bar was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were, well, Fantastic. I enjoyed my visit and would readily return myself if I lived in Dallas, but I was only visiting for the Eclipse weekend. It is a location I can very easily recommend to others. Go! Enjoy! I certainly did.

Helpful and enthusiastic service in a refined space, if a little bit loud. The steak frites was cooked to perfection (get the bone marrow butter!) and the Brussel sprouts were a surprise hit. Warm red velvet cake with raspberry sorbet is a great way to wrap up the meal.

The ambiance was as described like, upscale saloon. We dressed up for the occasion, but stuck out I guess. Then there was a rowdy group at the bar. Upscale places are kind of a place that's hard to judge, it's like yeah the prices are upscale but are the items that's served matching the price. My date and I ordered two drinks. We ordered the sausage which really didn't come with much else and it fell short literally it was short, then we ordered the side cornbread which was very delicious, which saved the dinner super buttery and well seasoned.

Great vibes and aesthetics. Hubby and I shared the Billy burger and cast iron cornbread. It was delicious. The French fries are just that french fries and the cornbread could use more honey ?. Our server was polite and knowledgeable of the menu.

We tried this restaurant for the first time this weekend. I don’t know how this place has a 4.7rating. I will rate the service and the atmosphere a 4. The food however, a complete ripoff. The quality and quantity of the food was nothing short of a joke. I ordered the crab stuffed ravioli. Total raviolis- 6! It was drowning in butter sauce with nothing added. We ordered a side of bread & butter and they served a total of 3 slices of bread for 4 people. We will not return here again and would not recommend.

It was the Sweet 16 Tonight so the restaurant was a little busy. However, everything went off without a hitch. We were seated quickly. The service was excellent. The food was served quickly and was delicious. You get 2 hours validated parking in the parking garage across the street. I would definitely consider coming back.Parking: 2 hours validated parking

A saloon inspired restaurant that is filled with culture and friendliness. We were just outside about to enter when the host opened the door for us with a warm welcome. We were seated immediately and were attended to often. The menu shares comfort meals with elevated presentations. The popular cornbread and potato mash were great, but I wouldn’t say a die hard order. The ribeye steak was phenomenally cooked and everything was served quite quickly. They also validate your parking so don’t forget to submit your parking garage ticket.

Great ambiance but way over priced food and drinks. I’ll give it another try, but first try the food was pretty bland and boring. Also, $15 drinks and up for barely anything.. I was expecting more from this place

This place has so many great dinner options! The steak was very tender and juicy. The tuna tartare (not pictured) was also another great appetizer. The cornbread was pretty good + had actual corn pieces in it. Service was great as our waitress took great care of us + very kind about some of the dietary restrictions.

Came on Saturday, around 7:30pm before the game ended, so we were seated right away with no reservation. Not crowded at all, loved the vibe. We got the ceviche and fish dip, both were crowd favorites. I didn't like the sauce on my wagyu flatiron, but I tried the filet minon with gravy and that was delicious. Its all up to your taste, my sauce was too bbq-e, but the meat was super tender. We had their most popular drink, which was their take on a margarita. It was very good. Will def return. As we were leaving, the place got more and more crowded due to the game ending.

Well all the critics weren’t wrong when they put this in Dallas Top Restaurants. Upscale atmosphere without the unpretentious service. Wait staff was really attentive yet not overbearing. Decor was reminiscent of a speakeasy. And everything was clean and well done.Food was absolutely delicious, however a few feedbacks for which i had to take 1 star: 1) the deviled eggs could use some more flavor. 2) I really REALLY did not like the Wagyu Beef Cheeks. Its technically some kind of roast beef and NOT what i was hoping for. Wish they had explained that when asked about it, and 3) drinks werent anything special although the names would lead you to believe otherwise.Must do the cornbread and banana pudding, they were delicious! Their dressed oysters were perfect.

Very solid upscale western food with an amazing drink selection. The ambiance is immersive and the service was great. The Venison tartar was the highlight for me but the crab ravioli was very good as well.

Great experience, start to finish at Billy Can Can. The saloon feel was perfect for our night out in Dallas--great vibe, comfortable and cozy. The menu is excellent, it was hard to choose from so many great options. Started with deviled eggs, which did not disappoint. I have never tried quail before, but the server said it had a kick to it, so it was a must try. It was absolutely delectable. Hubby had the steak frites; they were cooked to perfection. We had a little glitch in the timing of our salad, but Herman, the manager, made it right, sending us home with some of the chili that is made in house. He is a class act and has customer service down pat. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we'll be back!
