Great food, but the customer service could use some improvement. I’ve never been to this establishment before and was asked what I wanted, handed a piece of paper and had to ask what to do next after moments of silence and staring. I then went to the next station and the two employees there didn’t acknowledge me at all. It was a very weird experience and I encourage more customer engagement and direction.

A place with an unusual snack. You choose your salad and sauces and they put everything inside the bread, but without cutting the bread in half. The place is not pretty and the floor is made of beaten concrete. Kind of dark and needs renovation. However, the snack is delicious. It is worth checking.

I always loved the name of this place but avoided it for the longest time because I wrongly assumed it was just another sub shop and I already have my faves. I was wrong- totally wrong. These are not hoagies. . A fresh baked and hollowed out hoagie roll filled with salad does not sound appetizing but it's the most solid, delicious, semi-healthy, best fast lunch I've had in forever. I'm an instant fan. Service is fast and friendly and they're clean and comfy inside. It's the best salad sandwich thing I've ever had.

Salad is good, somewhat overpriced. Was disappointed in the tofu- it's not cooked/baked like with sweetgreen, so less than appetizing. The Greek salad otherwise was good. Might come back.

A tasty salad prepared at the counter. I had my salad stuffed in a hollowed out hoagie roll. Dutprisingly, not too much bread. And very neat and easy to eat. Employees were helpful. Seats were not comfortable.

Prices for salad bowl have increased while serving sizes have decreased. Also, choices on menu have been greatly reduced. No justification for all of these changes. I realize that prices have increased but to basically reduce the serving size to barely enough for a full lunch meal is unacceptable. I won't be buying lunch there in the future. There are too many other lunch place options.
