Bubbas cares for their people. It’s home cooking with a flair. The chicken tender large portion is the best.I was destitute at one point in Dallas, graduated college and looking for work. I have been coming here for over 20 years and I’ve never been disappointed by their meals. The fried chicken is some of the best in DFW as well as their side dishes. My favorite is the green beans and black-eyed peas. The food is always fresh and hot, and the staff very accommodating. Even if there are a few people in line, it moves very quick. The drive-through also makes it very handy if you are in a hurry.Parking: The parking in Snider Plaza is much to be desired, but when you’re going for Bubba’s chicken, it’s worth the walk and wait to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: Good place to take the kids. My grandkids love the chicken strips.

Best fried Chicken in Dallas! Service was great and fast.
Eaten here multiple times and I can safely say the food is great during the day time but there is definitely a quality control issue during the evening when placing a to go order from over cooked chicken tenders (fried) to cold rolls, not to mention little miss attitude (young black female), but I can say lunchtime has never failed me.
The perfect southern fried chicken diner. Great service!

I grew up on Bubba's, but now after 30 years as a patron I'm heartbroken and done. For the third time in a row, the drive thru order I picked up was wrong (dark meat but charged for white) . . . and, the chicken was extremely undercooked. Instead of returning this last order, I just through it out and resolved to buy my fried chicken elsewhere.

Tried it for the first time today with my wife. Great food with a cool little retro dinner atmosphere. Not sure which we enjoyed the most. The food or the staff. Some of the best fried chicken this side of Vicksburg. Both were phenomenal. Heck, even the other customers were congenial.
