I usually take my son for a happy meal at mc Donald’s he usually take a bite of his burger this time I chose to get him a double jr burger and was surprised when I seen him eat the whole thing I am definitely satisfied!

Ordered two Whoppers with cheese. We're not fresh at all! Seemed like they had been under under a heat lamp for hours. The Buns were hard on the edges and it was just disgusting. For over $14 I would expect a lot more. I could have went to Whataburger for less than that and been completely 100% satisfied. Burger King will never happen again for me. Just nasty! This is the Northwest Highway location in Dallas. Avoid at all costs!

Only 24 hour BK. Cashier didn’t know how to ring anything up. Said no specials on nationwide specials. Cooks saying out of all items. It was a disaster.
Very rude people working there.Never gets my order right......and served me old fries and when I asked for different ones , she talked rude to me in Spanish. I will never go back.I've been to this location lots of times and it's always been a bad experience.This is my second review....I went through drive thru for breakfast on 11-10-23 I ordered two breakfast combos. The hash browns tasted awful ( like old oil ) I took them back and ANA was rude ...had a very bad attitude !!!! Said she would give me my money back....then she only gave me $3.02 that's not how much I paid for them. Then said that's all she was giving me. When I asked for the owners name and number, she wouldn't give it to me. I told her I'm writing a review and that I would find out the owner. She replied" I don't care " . I rate them a 0 and will never eat there again.

We go in to though the drive thru and we’re told they were only accepting online orders so we had to wait for 2 cars before us to be able to get out of there. Debating on whether to go elsewhere or not, while waiting in line, we decided to redownload the app and order. To our disappointment the Sprites had no taste no ice so we go around and tell them do they provided us with Dr Pepper but still no ice and we ask him where’s the ice? He then tells us they had no ice at the moment. “And why was that not disclosed in the beginning?” We were eating in the car as it was late and had to make another stop before going home. Unfortunately we couldn’t drink the drinks. We only ate and the chicken nuggets we got were so over cooked that they were dry and hard. I’m like dang. We spent over $20 bucks on a meal that was the worst experience we’d ever had. Very disappointed..,We could of gotten a much much better meal elsewhere.
