Went there yesterday, 4/12/24, was a little leery, because for previous visits before at different location, including the Illinois store, their food had been bland, tasteless, & warmed over fries & onion rings, & lousy customer service, but decided to top at this one to use a coupon & was totally shocked. Great customer service, food was freshly cooked & hot, even though, not real onions for the onion rings, but it was great. Great clean atmosphere, that I was able to sit & relax after my meal. Today Sunday March 24,2004 sent my husband to Burger King for an ultimatum breakfast sandwich combo got home and it was not what I order and I'm not surprised because the people at this bk never gives you the right order and I have made my last stop with them as of today if you don't wana wk there then leave iam sick as tired of getting the wrong order

I've been sitting in the drive-thru lane now for 22 minutes to pick up a order I placed online. Tried to call inside to see if my order was ready, and they hung up on me.
