This specific location was super dirty. Everything (floor, tables, doors) was sticky. My shoes kept sticking to the floor and my chair fell apart. But the food is really good!

I decided to order in delivery from Burning Rice for lunch. I was excited to try something new and was certainly not disappointed. In addition to the beef bowl, I enjoyed the dumplings. The dumplings were gone before I could take a photo ... I really enjoyed them. The beef bowl was also lovely. I'm sure I'll be ordering from here more often!

No frills, you order at a kiosk, get your number, and choose a seat. The bowls are so good and I love how you can customize your toppings with so many choices. My wife loves the burning hot stone bowl, where the rice is a crispy layer at the bottom - it’s good, but it takes so long for the rice to cool down to eat!!

This place has really gone down hill pre pandemic there was free soup and salad bar. Now there is no salad, only soup which costs extra. There is no hot sauce. No gochujang, despite being advertised on the big wall when you walk in It is cumbersome to enter your order. The food is pretty bland. Whatever you do don't get the chicken. Overcooked. Never going back.

I was so disappointed with my food delivery and I HATE to say that. There are now limited protein choices, less toppings and less sauces. We used to love this spot - I hope they consider going back to their better menu!

The menu has changed, no fried egg or crispy onions. Please go back to the old menu, it was perfect - the as my favorite place to eat! Won’t be back until the menu is back to normal.

No stone bowls anymore = better change y’all’s name. Can’t call it Burning Rice when it’s served in cheap plastic takeout bowls rather than hot stone bowls that make the BURNING rice nice & crispy edges. And no sunny side up eggs anymore either.
The new menu is shooting themselves in the foot. Used to be a regular here, but no need to ever go back with this menu. I’m so sad. What a disappointing business decision. I won’t be surprised if they go out of business within the year.
