Hosted a company celebration here recently and some of us left our I.D.s and credit cards there (they'd been held for the bill at the end). Even though they were closed the next day, Tommy was INCREDIBLE and met me there to close out my bill and make sure I was able get on my flight later that day with I.D. in hand. Seriously amazing customer service!!

James and Olivia took good care of our group!Olivia catered to us all night and made sure that anything that was needed was provided.This place is very nice. You don't necessarily need a section to have fun here. This is definitely what I consider more upscale.They have a photo booth, where your photos will be cycled on their screens, and you can email the photos to yourself as well.DJ Soulja did a great job all night with the music. He's a very chill down to earth guy!

I am deeply disappointed with the discriminatory experience I had at this club. Despite adhering to all policies and expectations, I was denied entry solely based on my race. Such prejudiced behavior is not only unethical but goes against the principles of inclusivity and diversity that should be upheld in any establishment. It is disheartening to encounter such blatant discrimination in this day and age. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address this issue and implements policies that promote fairness and equality for all patrons but they likely encourage this.

My brother rented this venue for my niece's college grad party in the last week of December, 2023. Before then, I'd never heard of this place but I'm not a local so that's to be expected. Tucked into a small strip mall-like storefront, this place is great if you're looking for a more intimate spot. I'm told it functions as a nightclub primarily, but is rentable for private parties, such as ours was. It isn't much to look at on the exterior, but the interior is well-appointed; a lot of dark woods with gold accented fixtures, it looks relatively new and it was very clean - my experiences with nightclubs tend toward 'good at 10 feet' but any closer and you can see the dirt and rundown. Not so, here. The staff were all very courteous and professional; my brother sprang for an open bar so we had bartenders who were very good at their job (and really easy on the eyes too). The catering was done by a local celeb chef, though I can't recall his name - the food was good on the whole, and there was no lack of it. All in all, we had a really good time, and if I were looking for a venue for another party in Dallas, I'd definitely consider this place. They offer valet parking as well.

We hosted our annual Christmas Party - Naughty or Nice - at the Candleroom for the first time this year and it exceeded expectations. The staff and owners were amazing and very responsive from start to finish. Tommy is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the venue and all of the options they have available for a private event (including vendors, caterers, DJ’s). A special thanks to the exceptional bartenders - Whitney, Shawn, and Stefan - for making our event so special and for keeping the libations flowing without a wait whatsoever. Olivia was remarkable- she went above and beyond to take care of our every need! Thank you, Chauncey, for the kind, hospitable greetings you had with our guests at the door; you’re a class act. The DJ and Light crew asked what we wanted and they delivered on every level. We cannot wait to host our next event with this venue and all-around magnificent crew! Highly recommend for a private event in Dallas!

If I could give negative stars I would. The guy pictured below was extremely disrespectful he deserves to be fired. Apparently this place is his club..not sure why as an owner you'd be standing outside as a door man asking people who purchased a table why their was so much "Dick" at their table... idk maybe because we are celebrating a Bday and we bought a table and we had 4 guys and 2 women. Then he had the audacity to say "Is Pussy paying for this table?" Disgusting human being. That's not how you talk to people. Someone from staff please contact me. I will gladly share my video if corrective action is taken. Dude was on a power trip over compensating for something small clearly but still no way to talk to anyone. He told a women who was asking for recommendations on food nearby to "fuck off." Never buying a table here ever again. I could see if we did something to the guy but he just had a terrible attitude and a disgusting mouth.

Candleroom was a pleasant surprise, went in to spend time. and it was nice and quirky. DJ was the bomb, took a cocktail, we were already tipsy, didn't take food, but the club atmosphere was quite spot on

The music was excellent and kept the atmosphere going. Our waitress and bartender were great personalities, they kept checking in with us to see if we needed anything.
