The cashier rang up our food wrong, so they had to throw some of it away. We only wanted a few spicy strips. And the tea I really wanted but was sour in the machine. So I told the lady it was sour and she got mad. She didn't fully understand what i was saying. She got a jug of tea out of the fridge for us and nd opened it to fill our cups up. Went through the drive thru for pickup of a Favor order and the manager Alex was super nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for the order. Great customer service, hope all locations are like this one!!
