The food was the only OKAY thing about this place. The service was really rude and also the people working sapped all the joy out of the whole restaurant. BRO They silently judging me when they couldn't close my burrito. HOW RUDE! And almost all the tables were dirty in the restaurant. One of the workers saw napkins laying on a table after the customer left and then she grabbed them and put them back into the napkin container. If y'all come here make sure you have the joy of the Lord cause oh my goodness. ‍

The food was good I accidentally misheard the lady taking my payment and accidentally order chips and dip instead of just dip. Once I paid she she hands me chips and I say I only want dip and she starts whining and complaining and I just left the chips and took the dip. Terrible customer service and it's dirty. Pro tip: God to the Chick Fil A across the street.

I always enjoy coming here for the fresh ingredients, I leave feeling full and energized. I love the great selection of foods here. I can honestly say I never had a bad experience. I recommend the bowls.

I LOVE Chipotle and this one...the food is good but they run out of things like salsa? how? And some of the staff have a SERIOUS attitude and I don't appreciate spending my money and getting negative service it's two girls specific. I've had it I will drive the extra distance to get better service...and be able to get all the salsa I want and am willing to pay for.

Customer service is unfriendly, but that’s maybe understandable. What was unacceptable was multiple staff members were wiping ingredients from the counter (steak, cheese, lettuce that had fallen on the counter when being scooped) BACK into the containers to be served. Had to keep track of what was falling in to avoid eating it - not great.

I was at this Chipolte yesterday and asked for a free sample of the steak. It was good but tasted extremely salty too me. I had ordered a vegetable bowl and then at the register asked if they could make me new steak without the salt. I was told yes, but they must add the salt per corporate policy. I asked for the manager and she told me she is a manager.Corporate chooses, apparently, to hide its phone number from its website which works poorly. I could not select that store on the drop down menu. I selected a different store and wrote in the contact form the address.While corporate did respond the same day pretty fast, and was cheerful, it was vague and unhelpful. I emailed them again pointing out I could have given a bad review which I chose to do now. They asked me for the receipt number which I gave again and told them I do not feel I am getting this way.Sad, that a company I believed in that makes non-GMO food uses so much salt on the steak that I would not buy it, and does not really seem to care. My meal was unsatisfying and mot a good value. I also feel uncomfortable by the way corporate handled it.Dietary restrictions: You have to prepare your own food as Chipolte is unmotivated to accommodate dietary restrictions.

I have been eating at Chipotle for many years and this is the only location that refuses to give me the fresh chicken cooking off the stove. All they had to do was cut it for me and put it in my bowl of white rice. The team and the black lady manager told me I had to eat the grilled chicken already prepped in the pan thats been sitting. That does not make sense to me. You are supposed to make the customer happy. Why couldnt i get the fresh chicken. Why do i have to accept something thats old. The black manager was rude too. She kept over-talking me and would not let me get out a word so i started talking loudly giving her back the same energy. I will never visit this location again. All they had to do was give me the grilled chicken cooking off the stove. It was almost done and I was willing to wait.

We come to the Midway Road location almost every week and this is the worst Chipotle. The staff is always very rude and aggressive. I have also complained to the manager in the past and it was okay for a bit but now again it’s the same. I come here with my kids and they have to see the utter shameless and aggressive way the staff interact with us. The African American lady at the counter and the new lady with piercing around her nose are very disrespectful even in front of kids.They can scream, snap and give bad stares at every interaction. I know other families too who have stopped coming to this location precisely because of the staff behavior.I hope the management looks into this and make some amends.

This chipotle is disgusting and I will never be going back. I ordered through their app for delivery and halfway through my meal I realized that there was dirty plastic wrap in my meal. They also forgot my burrito and my dressing. I literally had the plastic in my mouth

Judging by the 1 rating this location gets, this will probably be going over chipotles head! Piss poor attitudes at this location, the disrespect my wife and I received was beyond was beyond unacceptable!! Went to order our food and said we wanted a salad, lady behind counter ask what rice we would like on the bowl!! We wanted a salad, said it 3 times, lady starting tossing our food around and acting like a child, then the attendant behind the cash register (Monica) I believe is her name, said our order wrong as well, so we corrected her, then she popped off and mouthed off to my wife and said that's what I said, I'm not arguing with you in complete disgust and said I don't have time for you! When we asked for manager, they said we are the managers. Told them to work on their customer service skills, lady behind cash register yelled have a nice day in complete rude behavior that was not tolerable by any business practice I have ever heard of!! Used to love their food but this is the second chipotle location we have had a problem with, service industry has really gone down hill with this franchise and I sure hope something gets done about it soon!!
