I get there no Apologies then proceeded to give the bowl with no bag.They should have given me my money back

I order 3 bowls online, the serving size of two of them is ridiculous. Both are chicken bowl, one of them is with extra veggies. As you see in the pictures, the bowls are only half way filled. It only takes my husband and kid two minutes to finish it. After that they are still hungry and have cook some noodle to eat. So if you want to buy food from this location, don’t order online/in app. You have to order in person. Otherwise they will give you a baby serving size bowl.

Usually I get decent service. This is the second time I’ve asked to remake my burrito due to the nasty counter top. I’m allergic to sour cream and they sling the food around where the tortilla slides off the foil and it comes in contact with food left on the prep area.Who knows how long it’s been since it was cleaned off. I asked for the manager and told her I was allergic to sour cream and my food came into contact and she told me there was nothing they could do about the prep area having food all over it. I told her they could and should clean the counters and she didn’t seemed bothered. I told her I will be calling the city and have them visit for health reasons.So I had a burrito that the tortilla was mostly off of the foil and laying on the base prep area and rolled up with not only the sour cream I’m allergic to but everything else that was on the counter.At the same time a guy that was cooking with a cap on and his long nasty hair hanging down in his face put food in an empty crate with hairnet or having his hair pulled back.Poor management. Nasty counters. Guys with long nasty hair hanging in their face as handling food.The manager wasn’t concerned about me being allergic to sour cream and my burrito was wrapped with sour cream that was all over the prep area.Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to sour cream and the filthy preparation counter had food/ sour cream on it and my food came in contact with it and the manager told me there wasn’t much she could do to prevent food prep area. I suggested keeping the prep area cleaner and talk to her rude employee because she had to make me another burrito that didn’t have all the nasty food she wrapped up from the counter with my tortilla.
