I knew they opened at 11 because I managed a Coco's in Rockwall as GM and knew that by time we opened Pizzas needed to be hot n ready to go on buffet line. I walked in not a 1 pizza on buffet line. So had to wait til 11:25AM for 1st pizza to be on line. I know expired dough has a specific aroma and tastes bitter. Some not all I could tell were passed expiration. And the Brownie was dry and tasteless. Something that I've never experienced before in a Cicis. Was very underwhelmed. Oh and Cicis always makes it a point to greet everyone walking in and out. It's like I was puting the MOD out by my presence and felt not wanted. I took 6 trips to buffet line trying different pizzas hoping for tasty Cicis pizza that I have enjoyed for the last 25 years. But unfortunately I never found one. I won't be back to skillman location. Guess I'll stick to TimberCreek.

I’m annoyed because I ordered a zesty pepperoni pizza and then I paid additional for extra cupping pepperoni and this is what I received.

I ordered ahead since we were having a party. The guy I talked to day of to confirm was nice so I give him 5 stars. BUT our order was so screwed up when it arrived at the party. It was too late to call and try to get the right pizzas because everyone was ready to eat. It was a kids party so ordered 5 cheese pizzas (2 Alfredo). No cheese, didn’t even order supreme and got 3 of those. They put Alfredo sauce on the pepperoni and did bbq ckn instead bbq pork. It was a mess!! Delivery was on time though which was sent through Uber.

Over all pretty good place. Customer service is great. Only issus, it's always so cold.
This is the best Cici's I've been to in a LONG time. The food was hot and fresh, good variety, lots of salad toppings, and the salad was not wilted. Excellent service. Overall great experience

When I arrived, It wasn't too bad, I saw families eating and cheerful customers. It was all how you'd expect a cicis to be until I began eating. The food tasted off and I found a BUG in the food. When I got home I began compulsively vommiting, so dissapointed.
Doing the math...Taking measurement into consideration:ONE PIEZILLA = FOUR LARGE PIZZASTaking cost into consideration:ONE PIEZILLA = $50ONE LARGE PIZZA = $11FOUR LARGE PIZZAS = $44It would be better to buy 4 large pizzas than to buy your Piezilla. If the Piezilla was $40, then that would be a good deal.

Did an online order and food came out quick and was fresh and hot, only issue was that they didn’t put the usual amount of macaroni on the Mac n cheese pizza :( and didn’t know the stuffed crust would turn the pizza into a square lol, other times I’ve ordered it’s pretty full on top. Other than that everything was fine .

I'm from Chicago,and pizza is king there. I haven't found a good pizza place here in Dallas..Cicis satisfys my craving pizza, and it's pretty good for the price.
