Save your money and just eat that bird because the sides are only ho hum and definitely skip the whip cream is all there is banana pudding fit only for children.

Pretty average bland food. I could've made this, so you know it's bad. Average taste. Fresh stuff but it all just blended together to make a meal that fed me. That's it. No flavor. No zest. Nothing that made me hungrier for more. Got it for delivery.

I've been a client of Cowboy Chicken for about 30 years and never had a problem until now.... Picked up a family pack for 4 to go on the 23rd at the Preston Road location. Arrived home to discover they shorted one of the sides; the Creamed Spinach. Called the location and was on hold for 47+ minutes telling me I was the next client in line. Finally hung up and wrote an E-maill to the corporate office explaining their failures... Never received the courtesy of a reply... PISS POOR! the rating should be no stars but they force you to put something... F minus

I’ve heard great things about this place for some time now and finally decided to check it out. Man oh man!! It did not disappoint!! The man taking the order was super helpful and patient, the food was freaking tasty, my order came out 15 min after my husband’s order and the manger brought it out offering to comp the meal! Talk about amazing service! Their Nashville chicken sandwich was super tasty, the fries were the perfect amount of crispy, the green beans were really good and the chicken tenders were great and tender! I only have 3 more days in Dallas and I will definitely be coming back before I leave. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Was in Dallas for work, didn't feel like going out so I ordered delivery through an app. It was still hot when it showed up, the chicken was perfectly cooked, still very moist. The creamed spinach was on point. I had a salad, which I took some of the chicken and added it. Would definitely check out some other things of their menu.
