Well I was there today for the free ice cream cone they were having on tuesday. But I've been there many times and their food and staff are excellent probably the best Dairy Queen I've been to in years and I go there regular.

DQ. You have definitely dropped the ball. This ice cream is disgusting. It's pure ice, no cream. It's a yellow color and has no flavor. I thought the machine just mix well, so I tried it again today and it's the same nasty stuff. I'm so disappointed.

The cheese burger and fries was cold and they didn't put all my order in the bag so I had to go back up there and I stay way on the other side of town so I was a bit annoyed but mistakes happens so no biggie ..I just don't like cold salty fries

I have been a patron of this establishment for quite sometime like every now and then. On this particular day, I happen to walk into the establishment believing I would get the same service I had recieved before, but it was quite opposite. The reception I received from the cashier was not what I expected. I got rolling of the eyes and huffing and puffing. From her body language, it was like hurry up and order type attitude and I just walked into the door with my family member. I will not be back to this restaurant. I feel that there is definitely a need for customer service training.

I went there today. I asked for 3 tacos, easy lettuce and cheese, and add onion to them all. I got 3 tacos with so much cheese, and one had nothing but cheese and onion on it. I called, and Jose read the ticket off as if it were my fault. Why would I order a taco with nothing but onion and cheese when I said easy cheese. He never offered to fix their mistake. Bad bad customer service.
