How dare you consider yourself the queen of dairy and not even have ice cream to serve your customers, cause let's be honest people don't go for the food as much as they do for one blizzard. Very disappointing. On par with McDonald's "ice cream machine is broken" excuse.

Drive thru speaker doesn't work and it's in a pretty ruff neighborhood. Also they seemed more interested in chatting with there friends than helping the next person

If I could give them zero stars as a rating I would. It’s 8:35pm and we came to order a #2 and a #3 combo. However, we were told we could not order it because they only had 5-6 patties left and they had to make those patties last til 9pm when they closed, we were also told that the patties were for other cars in line. That’s ridiculous! When asked for a manager they said the manager is pulling up to close because the employees there are not. This establishment apparently does not know anything about customer service! Don’t come here at night or apparently closing time!

Came here a little before noon, and there was nothing showing that it was closed or not open at the moment. Pulled to the drive Tru waited and then went to the front to order inside. Saw several people sitting, so we went in just to be told that they aren't open at the moment.

The 3 little girls that work at this location are so incredibly rude, disrespectful & lazy. While we waited for our food, the 3 of them were giggling and scrolling their phone like they were not at their actual job getting paid to be there. I'm ready for the robots to take over at this point because I would get better service & food. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
The blizzards are my all time favorite I’ve been going to DQ since I could remember the tacos are amazing the belt busters & onion rings are some of the best in the business it’s a Texas staple that I hope stays around for a very long time I’ve been going since a kid and now I’m able to take my kids and don’t forget to get a steak finger basket with that good ole Texas toast and gravy you won’t be disappointed

This place is a joke what is really sad is I have applied here and at the owners store in Kaufman “moons” this owner pays 7.25 to now $8.00 an hour. The customer service is horrible at night. Nothing but teenagers with no adults because let’s be honest who can live off of $8.00 an hour. The young ladies at this place have no respect nor morals but again she pays $8.00 they are working like they are paid that. Food cold,ice creams are always sloppy. This owner has to be ashamed of herself. Ms.Amy has been there for many of many of years I am a true customer to her shifts. She is a great person,I’m not sure what she is getting paid but I can only assume she is way under paid seeing she is there 7days a week. Close this place down or pay your employees better and maybe you will get responsibile adults there.
