This place is filthy. Trash on the floors and tables. Some of the menu screens inside don't work, so if you plan on going in, I'd suggest you 1. Walk in knowing what you want, 2. Go through the drive thru, 3. Or just don't go at all.My burger was mostly lettuce, and the patty was dry. I ordered a blizzard, which I didn't receive (when I wanted to go up and ask for it there was already someone at the register complaining because they didn't receive their order correctly in the drive thru).

Arrived at this location 15 minutes before closing. Sat at drive thru trying to speak through speaker for 5 minutes and had no response. Drove up to the window where I made eye contact with an employee who did not acknowledge me and turned around. They do not follow their indicated store hours and it is very rude and unprofessional.

From brown bananas to bitter past-due pineapples, this Dairy Queen continues to disappoint.I bought a banana split a couple days ago and when I went to take a bite it tasted off. The pineapples were bitter and almost metallic. The bananas were brown and mushy, and when I asked for nuts they put whole peanuts on top, I should have asked for crushed nuts, but I've honestly never had to make that distinction before.On my last visit I ate a spoonful of my blizzard that they didn't even try to flip because it was so watery. They should take the ice part of ice cream out of their menu.I tried calling, but their phone number online is inactive. I couldn't reach them, so I resorted to this review. Careful when you order here.

The man with long nails and red lips was very rude to me, I don’t recommend going to these Dairy Queen, and for some strange reason, my ice cream tasted very bitter.

Tacos here are usually good. Tonight they were REALLY bad. Bad enough that I will likely never return. I wasn’t given a receipt, the phone number in a non-working Verizon #. The oil and meat were so disgusting, old, smelly and inedible. The dining room is never open.

Haven't been to a Dairy Queen in a minute, but this one is always clean and the staff is so polite. The cashier who helped us was nice and thought the idea of them bringing to your table, a little funny fancy.

I came to this location on Friday (January 19 2024) a few minutes before 8:00pm to order a vanilla dipped ice cream cone and a medium oreo blizzard. I informed the employee I had a qr code to redeem for the blizzard she ignored me and charged me full price for the blizzard and the ice cream cone. I told her to refund me where she replied "I can't!" I told her she had no choice but to refund me and handed her my card back. She snatched my card, slammed the drive through window shut, tossed my card at me and slammed the drive through window back shut. She refused to give me the blizzard and I was unable to redeem it elsewhere because it had a 30 minute time frame to be redeemed. The lack of customer service needs to be addressed. And the employees should know English fluently to be able to communicate with their customers.
