We order a cake for my daughters quinceañera for 250 people. The cake was super dry and the flavor was very different to the ones we chose at the cake tasting. The frosting was super sweet and it barely had strawberries in the filling. I cut a huge slice of cake and I counted 3 slices of strawberries. I was expecting the filling to be full of strawberries. I think they used at most one pound box of strawberries for all of the 3 cakes. They did provided an additional small cake for my daughter which I took the top layer out and it only had 9 slices of strawberries. The cake we order was a faux cake with 3 sheet cakes, each with different flavors which all had fresh strawberries in the filling. Apparently, the design my daughter wanted could not be done with real cake. Which later I found another bakery who did, but it was too late. The cake tasting was good and the service provided too, but we received something completely different. Take your money elsewhere because I the cake was a disaster making my daughter very disappointed for her quinceañera cake. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a really good cake.

Dallas Affaires absolutely nailed this one. I knew the second I met the owner and she said she was going to make me a “Cute” cake, that she totally got me. I asked for a Marie Antoinette 3 tier heart shaped cake with all the ribbons and pearls. I wanted red ? Rose’s and ? Cherry’s to adorn it and they got it all! I was so shocked and impressed they were able to get the cherry’s on the all white cake and not one drop of cherry stain anywhere! Everyone just gushed over this cake! Vanilla with Rasberry Champagne-Chamboard…OMG! This was the best cake we ever had and we get to have it every year! ? Thank you so much for making our day so perfect!

We sat down with Dallas Affaires to design our wedding cake and they were so helpful with designing my dream cake. When they delivered the wedding cake the day of, it was better than I could have even dreamed of! To top it off they were more than happy to make everything dairy free for us since we're lactose intolerant. All of our wedding guests were blown away that the cake was dairy free, they couldn't even tell which is hard to do! I HIGHLY recommend using them as your baker for your wedding cake and all dessert needs! They are absolutely the best!!!
