Loved walking into the place and being seated immediately. Our server Nevaeh G. Immediately said she was in training. Well she was courteous and very attentive to us. I ordered coffee and told her it wasn't good. She took the cup and went and made fresh coffee. Our food was delicious. The cooks presentation of an over medium egg was the best I have had. My husbands food was cooked with love. When checking out, I expressed how pleased the service was and she informed us, our server was 16 and her first job. I increased her tip, i wanted her to feel encouraged and appreciated. Keep up the great work to this entire Denny's team . Training the future begins with us all. Taniyah was my server and did a wonderful job. She was very prompt and every time Taniyah passed she made sure to ask if there was anything she can help with or get me. Food was hot and very well made , I hade the breakfast burger and it was fantastic.

Worst service here. I’ve been invited 3 times here and all three times have been horrible. The last time I came here they handed us the menus and told pointed us where to sit. We sat there for 20 minutes no server in sight. We didn’t get drinks or anything.

One star is too high. The worst service and food I’ve ever eaten. Food was cold , coffee was empty and I had to ask four times. I never received my toast. I’ll never be back.

The lady working tonight 04/6/2024 @ 1:43 am is VERY RUDE, unprofessional & seems a bit racist towards me & my husband! Not sure if she was irritated cause she was working alone but the ATTITUDE & hatred was UNCALLED FOR !

I must say I haven’t been to Denny’s in quite sometime.. I must say going to this location made me remember why I love Dennys so much!!! I was greates by two ladies who almost at the same time it shows that everyone is paying attention when a customer Walks through the door… there was no time wasted asking me how my day was going and if there was anything they could get me… my food was prepaired just as I requested… and came out fast!!! Overall the waiter was very attentive, polite, and courteous.

I asked them to substitute the sausage for bacon I heard cashiers tell cook. I got back to work it's sausage & no cream cheese for my stuffed strawberry brioche toast. I call there is no manager on duty until 3pm the following day. I don't eat sausage the toast is missing cream cheese so now I have to keep meal 24hrs take back around 3 to get money back or meal fixed but I'm hungry now. Customer service skills suck no lead no Manger no supervisor I will not be back just wasted 21 bucks the waffle house has better service than this at least they would of tried to fix the problem not dennys I won't be back
