I already had a bad experience once and new the food was questionable. However, I was pressed for time, and I thought, how bad can they mess up a bake potato. My question was answered. I will never go back. I paid $10, and it's going to the trash.

We visited mid- afternoon and the place was desolate. The guy who took our meat order was friendly and quick to respond. The young men who took the order for the sides were less happy about serving us.We were given the option of having BBQ sauce on our brisket, and we said yes. However, there was no access to additional sauce; they charge for each little cup of it. There was no self- service bar for onion, relish, or any other extras, and they were not offered. The banana pudding - which used to be a Dickey's favorite - had a total of two tiny pieces of banana in my entire serving container. It was mostly just artificially- flavored pudding. One vanilla wafer and a piece of another one.The brisket was tasty.. but desperately needed more sauce. We finally just bought two more.Fried okra - another long- time fave - was tough and stringy.I know these locations are franchised, and this one seems to be focusing strictly on profit by cutting back and serving sides that are either watered down or past their prime serving times.It's across from the Arboretum so perhaps they rely on one- time customers more than being a neighborhood fave.Go to Barbec's across the street.

What happened to this place? Used to come as a kid. Blasting noisy radio, the food was subpar and the prices are as high as ever. Two people working that I could see, and nobody was there except my partner and I. Going out of business?

My rib was so tough I thought I was biting onto the bone wont go back. Potato salad was seriously lacking . I would rate it 2.5 stars. I had it delivered so I can’t speak on service or atmosphere

Easy in and easy out for BBQ!! I guess now you have to ask for pickles and ?onions because it's not included, and they dont have ham anymore ?, all these ✂️ cut backs are starting to get really old!!! SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!

Enjoyed our Dickies dinner to go, easy to order on Active Menu, was ready when we arrived and still hot and delicious when we got home.
Not a good experience. The Baked Potato Casserole did not even taste like food. In addition, it was a tan color throughout, so it had a very unappetizing appearance. The beef was chopped, but I asked for sliced. The ear of corn was dried out and chalky looking on one side. The mobile app never showed my order moving beyond IN THE CUE, so I had to call them to bring my order out to curbside delivery. I was very disappointed with the food quality and the service. One more thing, I was supposed to get a 20% discount from the online ordering process, but setting up a profile interrupted my order input and resulted in losing the active link for a discount.

I get my Holiday turkey there every year. I host so it saves me a lot of time. The meat is so good! Others at the table are always asking "Who did the turkey?". Dickies again.... The staff in the restaurant is really great too.
