I got delivery on March 6th my pizza was so burnt and just thrown in the box that the crust was just crumbled it was inedible. I called the store and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I then got my husband to try calling and they wouldn't answer the phone. I decided to drive to the store and when I got there it was dead they were just standing around. They were blaring rap music and didn't even seem to care that the order was wrong or burnt. After speaking to the manager he said he'd make another one for me. I noticed he never washed his hands nor did he put on gloves while making my pizza and he was touching the trash can and all other surfaces. It was very unsanitary of him to be making pizza while touching everything else and not washing his hands. I ordered delivery because I didn't want to have to drive to the store, but to no avail I still had to drive to the store to get my matter fixed. And it seems to be a normal occurrence with this location as I am seeing on other reviews. I would just be mindful of your pizzas before you leave or when they are getting delivered. I have now gotten home with the new pizza and it's wrong it has onions on it and I hate onions so again I guess this one will go in the trash and I shall have a sandwich for dinner which I guess I should have just had in the first place before wasting my money here. Ugh now I'm even more mad ?On top of this they responded to my review so I emailed them and they have yet to respond to me or call me like they said they would. Seems like they don't care at all maybe domino's corporations needs to see how this owner and store handle things.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order from the Mockingbird location!!! Previously, they have gotten my order wrong and the pizza tasted gross and now I’ve been waiting for an hour, my app says that my pizza had been delivered but I have no pizza in hand. For the cherry on top I’ve called the location 3 times to no one answering. It’s 9pm, I’m hangry and I’m on the phone with a poor other location to see if they can contact them because I don’t know what else to do. Grrrr. 0 Stars!!

My order was out for delivery and marked delivered, called before closing, and they said they canceled my order a while ago and tried to “get ahold of me” no missed calls or email. By then no pizza place delivered.I tried again the next day and I imagine someone’s trying to save money on the sauce. Even though my pizza was border line burnt and the bread scraped the roof of my mouth and was very dry, I only noted any sauce twice near the crust in the entire pizza. Even with burning it you should still notice sauce. It was like eating burnt butter bread with a hint of garlic, I paid for pizza… not that abomination. Money wasted.

Delivered pizza that had obviously been dropped and stepped on. The employees at store are extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to replace them or talk about it and hung up on me 3 times.

Pizza is always fresh but my issue is with the delivery. The guy is nice but I select contactless for a reason and multiple times he’s knocked over and over on my door until I answer and he wants to sit on the phone with you instead of texting he’s here. Very annoying and makes me not want to order anymore

Ordered pizza over the phone and talked to the most rude man ever. I then came to the store to get my food and I believe the guys name is Jamontay or something prepared the food with a attitude and was blatantly vaping right there in front of me and he also took my order on the phone. Very unprofessional.

Worst experience ever I placed an order online for me and my wife for 2 medium pizzas with 2 garlic dipping sauces and said it was delivered I never got my order and wasted $28.42 for dinner that I won’t be eating tonight this is ridiculous and also called the store they hang up my order number was #120 I just want my money back what I paid from never getting my order when they marked it as delivered and never received it.

They delivered wrong order, then when we called to have the order fixed, after tipping the delivery driver for the WRONG previous delivery. No fault of ours. But they refused to fix the situation, offered a credit that still hasn't showed in app...so in order to get my food, I am supposed to pay for a whole separate order + tip again? Dumbbbb.

I called to order wings. I was on hold over minutes — okay, they’re busy. Then I get someone from the Order Center who has a malfunction and has to transfer me to the restaurant. Restaurant apologizes and takes my order. Order comes with ranch and not hot sauce. Delivery driver argues with me telling me that is how it comes, so I tipped accordingly. The baked wings were soggy, lukewarm, and tasted like they were made yesterday. I called Dominoes, got the Order Center, transferred to the restaurant and after about 10 rings was disconnected. I might as well have made them myself — the quality would have been much better without the aggravation. Plus I do not feel so good after eating them.

I ordered pizza from this location and the tracker said delivered but it never came. I called the store multiple times and they NEVER answered the phone! Now they have taken my money and never delivered my order! Whoever Stephen is, you know you are wrong for that!
