Right from the host at the door (Ben), to the table service, the bartenders and the co-owner Jeremy.They put hospitality first, have different DJs playing different genres depending on the day of the week and attract a diverse clientele.Highly recommend for your next night out.Pro-tip: Stop at El Carlos Elegante next door for a drink/meal to get the VIP treatment at the door at Double D's... ?

Stopped by Friday night after having wanted to go for a while. We will absolutely be back! There's valet parking but we found some down the street a bit. The bouncer and staff at the door were kind and thanked us for coming welcoming us in. We were able to snag a table at around 9pm as it was slowly getting busy. We only got one drink each cause it was planned to be an early night but I am dying to go back already! The drinks were amazing! So delicious and perfectly curated. The bartender was able to give me a great recommendation and seemed very knowledgeable of the menu. The inside transports you back to an old school bar with a patterned pool table. We thought the cocktails were reasonably priced for how great they were!

Always enjoy my time here, I went this past Friday. My Friend was over charged for drinks he didn’t buy. I then asked the bartender if I can close out and she couldn’t find my card on file.Asked her to check multiple times same answer, assuming she added my drinks to my friends card I moved on. I’m now showing my card was actually charged (bank statement) more than what it would have been, plus the overpayment on my friends receipt smh.

My girls and I came to Double Ds for the first time and Kris from security made sure we had spots to sit becuase we were a fairly big group. He was so kind and personable and made the experience that much more enjoyable! Props to security!

This place was hands down the best surprise of my week. A friend and I went on Thursday for the Lord of The Wings weekly pop-up. Wings were a 10/10 per usual, but this was my first time actually sitting in the bar. Great atmosphere and the vibe there is extremely tangible- from the bar counter to the decor, It feels like you're in an 80s time capsule. The drinks/ service/ bartenders (Jarred and Ray) were great. Talkative and descriptive when it came to what they were serving. As for prices, very affordable and well worth your buck. On the nights they are open, they have a DJ that starts at 10pm, which is accompanied by a disco ball. Quite vibey atmosphere given the disco ball and the plethora of old school hip hop/ r&b that was played. The crowd was very diverse and refreshing. Met the owner and he was very easy going and was open about the direction and mission of the bar; 'All the Love". Learned they opened in November of '22. Great scene and highly recommend. Under This or That Hospitality group (run, high fives, The Whippersnapper amongst other notable venues. Unfortunately, my phone died and I did not get to take pictures. Solid Dallas spot that will be integrated into places I frequent.
