DELICIOUS!!! I had been here during the middle of the pandemic and really enjoyed it. Decided to come back today and Dugg Burger did not disappoint! Here's what I got on my burger: Beef, Pepperjack, Dugg Sauce, extra mayo, lettuce, lime garnish (can't remember the name ), avocado, bacon, grilled onions, jalapeños. Soooo good! Service is exceptional! All staff is wonderful and ready to help!!

Pleasantly surprised by this burger place . Was nearby and found this randomly on a Friday night. I had my skepticisms , but boy was I surprised when I hit into the burger . Cons to start will bums the advertisement and website menu presentation is puzzling upon first glance. When you go to a burger place, they usually give you a multiplicity of burger options to pick from that already outline what you may get. This menu however , just list what kind of bun protein or veggies included ; a little out of the norm. It's more so of a burger bar, a nice one I might add. Calm and relaxed atmosphere with some friendly staff too. They made us feel welcome and gave us some great suggestions. Fries were really good and everything was made fresh. The taste was very satisfying and had a distinct flavor that set it apart from many burgers I've tried before. The bread pudding was also very tasty. Can't wait to return!

I seriously loved this burger, especially the grilled jalepeno and onion toppings. Delicious. I do wish they had onion rings instead of fries, but they gave me some of the shoestring onions on the side and it was perfect. Loved it and will go again.The staff were also great.

I just don't know how to explain how friggin cool this place is. I been trying new independent burger joints around here at lunch time, for decades. Absolutely awesome vibe. The owner has a great sense of humor and willing to share it. Very friendly service. THE FOOD.... .Y.E.S!Best ingredients. I can taste it in every bite. Killer selections, yet so simple it's really easy to decide too. I will be recommending this place to everyone who's hungry.Was great to meet you Greg. You're doing it. We stopped here for lunch after visiting the Dallas Arboretum. Food: The burgers were super flavorful and perfectly cooked. Really good brioche buns. They somehow create a bowl on the top half to fit in the toppings. There was a huge variety of tasty cheeses, sauces, and toppings, especially the onion straws and roasted jalapenos. Good crispy fries. Next time I'll try the bread pudding or milkshakes. Price: pretty reasonable, $9 for a burger, $13 burger/drink/fries combo Service: fast and super nice service! The owner came and talked to us which was a thoughtful gesture. Parking: easy and plentiful

Went for a late lunch . My brother and sister in law from out of town had never eaten here. We all ordered the cheeseburger combo $12.95 . Also ordered the bread pudding . My brother got bacon and everything else but mushrooms on his . Sister-in-law got lettuce and tomato. I got tomato,pickles and onion strings . They were somewhat crowded, after we sat down there were only 2 tables left. Burgers were very good not greasy .when my sister in law saw how big the burger was she said there was no way she could eat it all . But she ate every bite of it . I could only eat about 1/2 of mine . We both got our bread pudding to go . Will for sure go back .So good !!!
Expensive if you just want a burger lol. Im a local and I can tell you there are a lot better places for your burger needs with a better price. See also Keller's Hamburgers or the Dairyette :)

I placed the order online and showed up to the place (9 min have passed since I placed the order) to find out they didn't even see my online order so they told me they will get on it right away, while I sit there I see 2 people come and take to go orders and one couple show up and place the order in front of me and they even got their order before me... they ordered 2 combos for adults and I ordered an adult combo and a kid's combo but yet I still had a wait 30 minutes for my to go order that was place online and all I got was a sorry, I'm pretty sure because there was an older white couple that shown up n they mentioned it was a second time there so the owner tried to give him the whole 9 yd spill of the place and gave him my order so they can be in-and-out right away.. Talk about horrible customer service

Went here a few days ago with my girlfriend. We each got a burger and fries and a drink. Total was damn near 30$! This place needs 2 dollar signs next to it because that it ridiculous. I mean the burger was good but not worth 10$ for its size. Also fries and drinks are overpriced as hell. Save your money and go to in and out or Whataburger.

I feel the concept is good just not executed well all of the things that you add to your Burger are just setting out cold not fresh And I feel like they were way overpriced would not eat here again.

I went this week and there was a guy with blonde hair who said he was the manager he was talking with a red head my entire time there I waited 30 minutes to get my food cold it was just horrible I will never dine here again
