It's disgusting when the employee is chewing on a straw when not only talking to you but making your drinks. I shouldn't have to tell another adult to remove the straw they're chewing on before making our food.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER :)) Thank you so much to the person working, unfortunately didn't catch their name but they were just so incredibly kind and it really just made me and my sister's day

The folks running this dunkin are SO FRIENDLY. I am in town on a work trip, popped in for my coffee. They brightened my day. Also, service was lightning fast. Visited 3/13 at 9:30am. Give these folks a raise. ?
