The portobello mushroom burger was a vegetarian masterpiece, with a juicy, marinated mushroom cap topped with a medley of fresh and flavorful ingredients. The food is sooooo good. I got the roadhouse burger and the peanut butter burger and the meat was cooked to perfection -medium well- and the bartender was amazing and its my first time in Dallas and it won't be my last time here that's FOR SURE. Service was great and the ambiance is super cute like laidback country. Music is good too! Classic EDM. So so sooo good. A must try xo

Portabella mushroom sliders were soooooooo good!! Tasted like the best piece of meat ever, without even being meat. That sauce omg. I also ordered the blind lemon frozen vodka cocktail. Was very good!

Easy Slider Food Truck was at Oak Highlands Brewery on Wednesday for Trivia Night, a common occurrence. I order the Plaine Jane & Roadside. Both were awesome and just the right portion. The guys working the truck were cool too and service was great! Check this place out!

Hands down best sliders I've ever had. We ordered the Sweet & Lowdown. It was different having strawberry jam mixed with goat cheese with a strawberry on a slider but it went so well together. It was very addicting I had to order more. We also tried the special they had at the time which was the little Mac. The sauce tasted exactly like the Big Macs from McDonald's and the patty tasted waaaayyy better. Hopefully it makes a comeback when we return. Lastly we tried the chicken slider and it was perfect. Juicy and crispy and loved the slaw. We also got their house made pork rinds. It was a lot!! We had it with their hot sauce and it was delicious. We were sitting at the bar and the bartender was super friendly and made us delicious strong cocktails. He was very enthusiastic and provided the best service.We are definitely coming back to all of their sliders!!

I mean it’s just a mini burger. I’d rather have a regular burger size than 2 sliders. Definitely taste great like a burger just a slider. Presented well and if you’re looking for a Burger at the exchange this is it. Not a ton to say, it’s a good slider mini micro honey I shrunk the burger slider.

Food was ok expect my slider was really pink on the inside, waiter said it was "medium well" but it was extremely pink and undercooked. The drink was 70% ice I ended up spending $50 on terrible food. Service was ok. Wouldn't recommend.
We had the roadside slider (a classic bacon BBQ burger) and the sweet & lowdown slider (a KILLER combo of goat cheese, bacon, and strawberry jam - trust me and try it!) as part of a food tour and both were great. The space has a great vibe to it, and the staff was fantastic too.

I got the smash burger and hot dog slider and everything was amazing! I did not care for the onion rings all that much but they made up for it with the tater tots.

This place is chill and laid back I love the slider with the jam and goat cheese that's my favorite. They always have different sliders of the month and cool drink names. We got some kind of punch liquor drink and this other drink that was in a martini glass with tajin on the outside it came with a beer but we didn't want the beer.

Came for lunch and set on the patio with the dog. We had the tuna slider which was fantastic, much better than I thought it would be. The Gouda slider was also delicious, a little dry but had amazing flavor. The loaded tots are a must for sharing. They have a full bar and our service was flawless.

Sooooo. We originally were going to Hawkers but for whatever stupid reason their patio isn't open until 3 and dogs aren't allowed inside so we found ourselves at Easy Sliders. An unassuming bar with large patio and plenty of seating outside and inside. Immediately we were greeted by a lovely gentleman. We decided on the loaded tots and to split two of the sliders. You guys-- those tots were SO good. Crunchy, with gooey cheese, cool ranch, bacon and scallions--- they were so great. Serving size was actually pretty big-We decided on the gouda slider and tuna slider. Tuna was perfectly cooked, not too overdone (which seems to be an issue at other places). Sauce was mayo basewith some spice, slaw with peanuts added a nice crunch and taste. Gouda slider was equally delicious. Gooey cheese with mushrooms and sauce-it was well paired. Burger was good but slightly overdone- still good though. Definitely will be back to try different things!
