I really wanted to like this place because it’s Latino owned, but my first experience wasn’t great. Food was decent but EVERY single plate was COLD (it wasn’t busy that Wednesday morning), the tortillas (this is unthinkable alone), the eggs, the meats, and the waffle!! I’ve worked as a cook so I can’t imagine what cook (or server) would allow cold food to be served!! I thought it was overpriced given the simplicity of the plates and lack of sub options. The food was delicious. We all had breakfast, chilaquiles. The portion of the added protein (chorizo in one pork in the other) must increase if they want return customers. While favor is on point if your meat is all of a teaspoon you feel robbed.Pretty sure they forgot my friends plate, arrived 15 minutes late.
