Me and my son ate there and enjoyed both atmosphere and food. My son's pancakes were ok, my scrambled egg with vegetables and fried tortilla was excellent. Coffee was excellent as well.

Title: Disappointing Experience: Tasteless Food, Plastic Chicken, and Cold ServiceReview: I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food was incredibly tasteless, and the chicken tasted like plastic—definitely not what I expected. Additionally, requesting a simple smile seemed like too much to ask for from the staff.To make matters worse, they served ice-cold milk with my coffee, and when I politely asked for hot milk, I was met with stares as if I had committed a crime. It's disappointing that the reviews don't accurately reflect the reality of this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a better dining experience.

I would have rated Ellen's a 5 but had a little blip with a rude hostess. The restaurant is cute and has a great vibe. The seating at the bar is open seating. Our server Ashley was awesome, the food was great. The biscuits and gravy and bacon a must have!!!

The atmosphere is very pretty, however the food feels like it's has too complex of flavors that end up making the dishes my party had to be muddy. It felt like the flavors were instruments in a band all playing at a loud volume instead of mixing correctly. The service was ok at first but it took a second to pay and one food runner came off as annoyed when we mentioned a side was missing.

The food is fantastic, and it's worth waiting for a while.Food is not 5* because of the dark hair on our French fries.The service was next to rude. The administrator asked us to wait despite an empty restaurant at 6:30 a.m.We tried ordering food, but our waiter said, "Drinks only now," and returned 10 minutes later to take the order.He printed the bill when he decided to do so and stayed next to our table waiting for the payment.He probably just had a bad day.

Seem to be inconsistent. ...read reviews thinking they sounded great. Too many good reviews to all be fake.... Maybe change of management or ownership

Food is good and server is good too except the assistant manager who host the customer. If you late, the manager with tattoo will give you bad attitude. She quarreled with us because of we moved the chairs to our table. We added two more people join us. We need the chairs, no one comes to help us to Everyone get the seats. So we did by ourselves and then She requested us to give back the chair to other empty table and I have to stand there like punishment. And my baby don't have any space, my mom hold her all the time during the lunch. I won't be come back here. Never have any experience like this times, She shouldn't be working in service area with so bad temper. If things happened, try to solve the problem, not to argue with customers. So stupid to fight with customers.
