This has become a regular dinner spot for me. The Super Bowl is unmatched, and so flavorful. There’s usually a little wait for food, because it’s been busy every time I’ve been (rightfully so it’s great). So, this last time I went, I placed my order beforehand, and it was ready super quick!

Worst experience ever. I was told about this place by one of my employees I’ve been looking for a Japanese/ Korean restaurant who can cater about 200+ people so I went to check this place out at first I was greeted then I met the employee named Jennifer she was just so rude and not respectful at all when I had questions she wouldn’t answer them or if she did she would give 1 word answers then when I got my plate it was wrong she gave me another plate even on the receipt and the boy charged me for what I ordered so she’s the one who gave my order away I then asked for the manager but wasn’t there at the time but thankfully those two young boys were very kind and helped me in my situation I won’t be coming back or to even do catering with them if she’s there I might come back later down the road when she’s not there. I asked for corporate's number but they didn’t have it so I came here to google to hopefully the manager or someone of Authority can fire her that’s just not customer service and I won’t be catering here anymore
The food was very delicious I got the steak and shrimp with fried rice it was recommended to me by the cashier Michael. The only problem I have is that other server who I believe was named Jennifer she was absolutely rude and Disrespectful to me they need to fire her because that’s not customer service I will not be coming back if she is there. The other staff we’re very friendly I was told she don’t work there all the time so I won’t be eating here on the days she works
This is not fast food, but totally is LOL RESTAURANT QUALITY!! The food is cooked fresh & delicious better than Benihana they also have a spin in the veggies by adding cabbage!

F&F never misses. My favorite is the hibachi (chicken, beef, or shrimp) with rice and veggies. The tempura fried shrimp are so good if you haven’t tried them before, I recommend. I also can’t leave without an order of the gyoza.

Shrimp were cooked decent, noodles were nasty and over cooked to mush. Veggies came with 3 broccoli and pieces of cabbage which was also over cooked. Definitely not happy.

Fast & Furious has been our go-to take out restaurant for years. If you like Asian fusion, I recommend this place. The Wow Bowl and Hawaiian Bowl are great. A pro tip is to call ahead, so once you get there, you can skip the line, pay, and grab your food once it's ready.
