I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the server’s attitude was shockingly rude and ignorant, making us feel unwelcome. To my dismay, the food was far from fresh; it was evident that they were serving canned items, a far cry from the quality one would expect. The refusal to provide any names, including the manager’s, when we sought to provide feedback, was the icing on the cake of their poor customer service.Moreover, the drinks did not redeem the situation either. They were just as terrible as the food, contributing to an overall abysmal dining experience. I urge everyone to steer clear of this place. It’s not worth your time or money. The combination of horrible service, disgusting food, and terrible drinks makes this a place to avoid at all costs.

I didn't like that they charged me $36 dollars just to sit with a bunch of people and they didn't even tell me the drinks were a bit expensive but they tasted good and be careful they already add the tip to the receipt

They gave me my food with onions so I did not eat and sent it back. They took forever to even service us so when they seen I didn’t like the food the cook came out and said oh you didn’t like it or did the server explain. The server didn’t explain anything she was just trying to get an order in, then she come and says I have to pay it’s not her fault I don’t like the food and continues with an attitude and I explained on your menu it doesn’t even say what’s in it nor did you explain and she didn’t care. Terrible server and service. NEVER AGAIN.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have 5 stars! I came with my boyfriend and our kids and it was a great experience as soon as we walked in! It’s a place to celebrate your birthday or, just like us, have brunch! The waiter was so attentive and made me feel like luxury with his presentation! Food and drinks are great! Even though there isn’t a long menu, the quality is perfection! Definitely will be coming again and recommend! 10/10!

What’s the point of making reservations if they don’t even honor them?? You expect a table when showing up with a reservation but don’t have one when you show up. Another thing is when ordering drinks they will hit you with the specials before you can even look at the menu, these specials are not on the menu. We paid $250 for what we thought were shots of Mexican candy… it was a tower and they were horrible. $250!!! Food and vibe is good, just wish they had better service when booking reservations and being more upfront with pricing.
Personally I would not recommend this place. The only good thing about it is the music. The food was horrible, they don't give you what says on the menu and when they bring the food they would take forever!!!! They will not come to check if we needed a refill in our drinks.

Horrible Food. Do not recommend!!!! I asked for the chilaquiles which CLEARLY SAYS ON THE MENU "Two over easy eggs with your choice of meat." But when I get my order I only get the meat, I proceed to ask where my eggs are, they say it's actually either meat or eggs.... But the menu says "with" ?????? Also the chilaquiles are basically nacho chips... what kind of chilaquiles are those ?On top of that the service was slow! took our server like 15 mins to bring out a coke... where there were only like 3 parties in the restaurant. I had very high expectations...And they were not met...

We went on Saturday to celebrate a birthday and the third time I ordered drinks the waiter charged me $35 dollars more when I checked my receipts carefully he was charging me 20% on you for the right he was still serving us poorly the atmosphere in the place is fine but The character was bad. I do not recommend that you treat him. So that they know his name is Junior.
