I have been to this location for years and always left full plus satisfied. The food has always been top notch, service is great and they have Happy Hour all day on Monday which is great deal!

Horrible customer service at the restaurant. Place has no respect for its valued customers. Christian the so called “manager” was flat out rude, & disrespectful. One of the servers here dropped soy sauce, and food all over me. Ruined collectible sneakers, & pretty pricey bottoms. Understand accidents occur, wanted to see how they could make it up to us. We were rather cordial about it. They did absolutely nothing, & at that, Christian had the audacity to be rude about the whole situation. Crazy considering our tab totaled out to well over $500. Don’t bother wasting your time or money here, plenty of other places out there!

Great food and atmosphere. Staff was really nice and professional. I loved that you could grill your food yourself at your table and they even provide you with food to make s’mores after your meal for dessert.

My wife and I went here for our 9th year anniversary. At first we was skeptical that the food was t going to be enough for the price that we were paying, but oddly enough it was. We were very full and the food was good. I just wish we had the option to change out the Edamame for something else like broccoli or whatever else they had. Those beans was not good at all and I wouldn't recommend them. Also we wasn't offered anything for our anniversary. I think that was important to. All in all for us it was a one time experience, and it wasn't a really bad experience but we will not be returning to this restaurant.

My rice wasn't cooked and I received less of it. Also, the grill wasn't hot enough, I had to cook meat longer. Seemed like everything was rushed and mediocre compared to my normal visit. I'm a regular so I noticed.

The experience was ok. The menu said the dinner for 2 was $130 and the bill was $200 and the only thing we added was a $10 glass of wine. We were told that we were receiving valentines gifts which we didn't want. The food was fine but not for $200. The wait staff was great.

Just what you would expect from a Japanese BBQ place. It's definitely one of my top spots to go to.
