Great staff, portions are definitely on the smaller side. Some dishes do hit the spot when it comes to flavor others not so much. Brisket turnovers and the truffle fries were amazing while the burger and soup we're not. Extremely limited menu but if you're staying on the hotel it's a decent place to eat if you don't want the fuss of going out.Parking: The parking situation is not good, you are required to pay for the day but it's not actually 24 hours. At Midnight if your car is in the parking lot and you haven't paid for a second day they will tow your car away. So if you're visiting your friends at the hotel or having a drink at the bar I would recommend being careful about this.

food was good, and drinks were good as well. atmosphere perfectly matches the hotel. the best deals are during their happy hour. the Brussel sprouts could use some type of seasonings or sauce. they were basically just roasted plain. the hummus dip came with 6 pieces of tiny pita which is not enough for the large amount of hummus.

A group of us had appetizers before heading to a concert. There were 7 of us and we were all well taken care of within an hour even tho the restaurant was packed! Friendly, hardworking staff and amazing cocktails! Try the Texas Mule!

I love Ryan and Kadir the bartenders! They made my life amazing. I've never experience anything so euphoric. The Hamilton and the Espresso cocktails were spot on!!! The staff is very good and kind and the hotel dining is very good! Nice menu and chef The issue is the location it's near bad area to travel in. the Uber driver warned me not to walk at night. And the hotel is weirdly decorated. Very dark black walls and bad lighting. You can understand they want to be out there but it's just odd. Showers are half doors . Freeway noise is a big issue. You won't be able to sleep

The food was delicious, and the service was good and nice. The food was always ready for us to eat. The severs for example, Kadri, kadir, ug, faruik, kerem, g.man, happiness. They werekind and nice. The short ribs was delicious and I recommend people to eat it. Or was very tasty.

The interior design is unique and eclectic, the rooms are comfortable and kept clean, and the staff are kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. Will definitely stay here again. Please consider microwaves.

We booked a private dining room for a birthday dinner for 14 or so.The waitstaff was very disorganized in waiting on the group.The impression I got is that the waitstaff assigned had little or no experience waiting on large parties.They failed to move the meal through drinks, appetizers, entrees in any organized fashion.As a result, there was no finite timing for the cake presentation and other parts of the dinner because the dinner party was left in various stages of their meal.Disgraceful performance.Worst yet, the waitstaff assumed there would be a single payer for the meal, like a corporate meal. This expectation is absurd, and not a standard practice in any of the numerous fine dining establishments in Dallas that I frequent.The food itself is a terrible value for the price and quality.I expect Prime Beef for a $70 ribeye. What was served was obvious Choice Beef.I do not recommend Hamilton’s unless you simple do not want to leave the hotel.

We held a birthday party event at the Lorenzo Hotel to celebrate one of our friend’s 40th birthday. I cannot thank enough Logan, the event manager, and the serving staff, for the amazing experience we had. The service during the day of was outstanding, the food and drinks were excellent, and planning the event with Logan for 18 people was a breeze. Kudos to the superb team!
