If you're coming here expecting the Nashville experience then you're almost as crazy as I was. You're def coming for the "Deep Ellum" experience instead. The chicken was cold. The sides were mediocre. It didn't help that initially the wrong order was served to me (&I was a dine in order). The service isn't it. The ladies I encountered were rude and unhelpful. It's uptown/Deep vellum- the parking is gonna be expected to be horrible. 9/10 not worth the hype of drive. Book the flight or road trip to Nashville to experience it there. ?

The chicken was very, very spicy because I got the 'Shut The Cluck Up' version. I was sweating like the police was behind me. I couldn't enjoy the chicken because of the spice level but that's not there fault. The fries was okay and the Mac & Cheese was goat ! Great place overall !Kid-friendliness: Very respectful there !

Service was extremely slow when the restaurant wasn't busy. The chicken was soggy with oil and when we ordered hot it was not hot at all as well as had no seasoning compared to other locations we have been to (Atlanta, Nashville) There were homeless people begging for your food if you sit outside.Parking is also awful, drove around for 20 minutes looking for parking and had to pay $20. I had a lot of high hopes for Hattie B's coming to Dallas but you're better off going to Nashville.
The chicken was well seasoned and the sides were flavorful. I could see a live band playing here on the weekends to draw huge crowds. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Great experience had good customer service (IAN) GUY WITH GLASSES took good care of my family. I told him give me the SHUT THE CLUCK UP and make it more spicy and they did ! Chicken quality is good and savory my kids loved it... I will definitely come back,sorry for finishing the ketchup
