Brooklyn is amazing. Our reservations got mixed up, but she fixed it and then proceeded to go above and beyond. Amazing service - the definition of “whatever it takes!”

Would never consider this place again. Worst service and manager was completely disrespectful and dishonest. Food was at best poor. The burger, …dry as the Sahara.Worst part , besides being over priced, they’re obviously not concerned about the customer experience.

Great drinks, decent food and great atmosphere, especially on the rooftop. Great for happy hours.

Terrible management; food sucks; too loud and unpleasant environment. Worst dining experience in dallas. Made the mistake of trying again. Why so stupid?! Terrible. Just terrible. But expensive!

For a vegan like me, the menu options are out of this world. Their new menu includes avocado hummus with arrowroot chips, really good.Vegetarian options: Very tasting

We love this place! We have been coming to HG for over 6years, We love this place, atmosphere, food and drinks! Anytime someone asks for a recommendation of a layback spot to go get a drink, this is where we recommend. We love how layback fancy ambience it is.However, this past Saturday was bit different. Rooftop drinks and appetizers were great as always! Once it came 9:30pm we got up to go the bathroom and WOW ambience was completely different than it was earlier and in the past. Felt like we were in Deep Ellum, I hope this place doesn’t become ghetto! Will we return, perhaps for dining or early drink on the roof top, but not at evening time don’t want to get mixed up with the wrong people that show up there

Met a friend here for lunch on Tuesday. I brought my Goldendoodle Stella. The staff could not have been more accommodating if they tried. They were professional, attentive, and informing of the menu. It was very quiet and not crowded at all. The food was delicious. I have fish tacos and my friend had the honey mustard chicken sandwich. We were both very pleased.

Me and my girl friends came here for a late lunch for one of our birthdays. We were excited to give it a shot. We really enjoyed the service, cocktails and appetizers which we shared. However, the host did not try to accommodate our seating request whatsoever. We asked for a booth table near the window hoping to be close to the big beautiful open wall overlooking the patio. The first inquiry for the table, the host completely ignored our request. As we were being sat, I asked the other host about the open table and she walked away saying they “may have reserved for that table for another group” She left as if she was going to see if it was avail for us but never came back with an update. I know it seems silly, but a simple kind response or genuine explanation would have been appreciated. We dined for about an hour and a half. No one sat down at this table during our entire visit. Nor was there any reserve sign on the table. Hospitality of the host stand was lacking significantly. First impressions are important.

Nice bar with a covered patio on the second floor. It's very crowded on the weekend if that is what you are looking for.The food was surprisingly good. The deviled avocados were worth the visit.

Didn’t eat because we were annoyed with paying $15 apiece for drinks with well tequila that probably had less than a half of a shot in them. If you like a decent pour, go somewhere else

Ordered the signature old fashioned, was disappointed the drink was sent out in a plastic cup. Tasty, but expected better presentation in line with the vibes of the roof.

Wanted to like this place so badly but we only ordered one drink and nachos and while the drink came right away, it took 40 minutes to get the nachos. I had to ask about our order, and the waitress said "oh it says it's ready!" But it still took ten more minutes to get them. They were just ok. The music was super loud and extremely explicit, which some may like but not my vibe. I will say the sunset was beautiful and loved the greenery on the rooftop but just not worth it to me for the poor service and very limited menu. Won't be back.
