the staff is always super nice and the atmosphere was cute. the brunch menu and garlic knots are pretty good, but their dinner menu is mediocre unless you like steak. i got the egg rolls and a crispy chicken sandwich, and both tasted like absolutely nothing. i was super disappointed by how bland the food was this time around.

My fiance and I were the first customers of the day, and we received very cold service from our waitresses. She was behaving as she did not want us there,very cold attitude. The food was okay... very over priced for what you get... the best way to describe it is; that it looks as if they threw it together.

Haven't ever tried the food here but it's a great place for drinks. Absolutely the BEST water. And I know that sounds crazy, but it's the best. They also have a really fun and inventive cocktail list, plus some of your old standards. My only gripe is they put freaking cinnamon in an old fashioned. Cinnamon has no place in that drink lolParking: Good luck finding parking - not really possible in this entire area.

HIDE provided a great space, service and f&b for a co-workers retirement party. All of our guests had a blast. The staff were incredibly accommodating and were very professional. The rooftop was perfect for our big group and I know plenty of people that will be returning.

I visited for a second time, this time solo. The food was great, but the service was extremely subpar. I had a reservation & was seated promptly. Upon my arrival they were slow. There was confusion among the staff as to who would be serving me, leading to a slow start to my service. After that, I had no one check on me until I was almost done with my meal. That lead to me being able to place an order for my second drink at the end of my service, which I intended on enjoying with the end of my meal. I did speak with the manager Scott while there about my experience to voice my feedback and he was very receptive. For the inconvenience my bill was taken care of. I will visit a third time and hope that it’s a charm.

we sat at table patiently & waited to be served on st. patty’s day. we were asked to get up because tables were reserved, we obliged. we then stood around for over ten minutes. when the bartender tried to take our order, one of the hostesses, i guess, came up to our group with an attitude huffing & puffing stating that she needed to, “get through.” we looked at her & told her a simple “excuse me” would’ve gotten her the room she needed, she then threatened to have the bouncer kick us out. we left on our own. 20+ minutes in this establishment with no service & a horrible attitude from the host.

Good location, upstairs patio but prices are high and the food is nothing impressive. You usually won't have to wait for a table which is nice if you need a spot for a large party in lower Greenville (last minute). The drinks are tasty too. I'm giving 3-star because I wasn't impressed by the service, food, or the prices.
Cool happy hour spot!! We didn't get drinks but we each got the double cheeseburger ($8). Portion was huge and it was good. The fries were so salty so that would be my only warning about it. Our service was super quick and the inside had so much booth, bar, or rooftop seating.

Here for St. PATRICK'S. WAITRESS screamed at us for being in the way when we are at the bar just trying to get drinks. Never got drinks. Only 1 bartender working. Security backed up the waitress who was trying to start a fight. I don't think that's appropriate and just walked out. I'm non-confrontational. Will never spend a dollar here again.

A brunette waitress/bartender literally plowed into myself and my friends and then yelled at us when we were upset (rightfully) for her running into us/stepping on us. Then she gaslight us by grabbing the bouncer saying it was us who was the problem. This happened after waiting an HOUR at the bar for a single drink with not a single bartender acknowledging our presence. Trash establishment with trash employees.
