Been coming to this place for years. It's delicious, consistently. Everything is s fresh and noods made in-house. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Couldn't recommend more. My kids love it too. We get them their Hinodeya Ramen split, with tamago and Naruto.
I went to celebrate my little sisters birthday with her daughter, who is 8, and she is a very picky eater, in saying that…the food was phenomenal. I had the spicy miso chicken and she had the spicy miso special and my niece had the kids ramen and we all had gyoza, Y’ALL…IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE! I loved everything, everything was just so well done and tasty and the server was so attentive and went above and beyond and helped my niece out with her Ramune and chopsticks. I 10/10 recommend.Kid-friendliness: Our server was so kind and was attentive to our needs.
I’ve been coming here a lot after visiting Japan earlier this year and have always been warmly greeted and received fast and amazing service every time. All of their apps are great, my favorites are the gyoza, Yami Tsuki Brussels sprouts and the Kaarage. Ramen is always hot and flavorful although the spiciness levels are not insane, they do add considerable heat. I recommend the spicy miso special or hinodeya special. Their happy hour is great being from Monday-Thursday all day $5 beers/wines. I always love eating here and couldn’t recommend more
I had the spicy miso special (level 1 spicy) and the takoyaki. The broth was delicious and everything was cooked perfectly. It was my first time trying takoyaki; I didn't know exactly what it was when I ate it, but I'm definitely going to order those any time I see them on a menu and hope they live up to Hinodeya's.We went on Thursday, 4/11 in the afternoon. The staff were all very friendly and I'll 100% be back. Highly recommend!

I've been searching for a place that has good vegetarian ramen in Dallas for 5 years and have been sorely disappointed; until now. This ramen shop has absolutely delicious ramen and clearly marked vegetarian options. They offer inari, which, aside from my favorite ramen shop in Austin, I've never found available.As a bonus, it's cozy and cool inside and the service was wonderful. I will be making the trip from Garland to eat here often!!Vegetarian options: Clearly marked vegetarian options including things such as menma which normally I find to be marinated in fish broth. Wonderful!

Everything was great and efficient. From the beginning to end we were able to get our food and drinks in a timely fashion and speedy turnaround. We had a sampler, entrees and drinks and everything was great ?
Wow.. this is a very unique ramen spot that specializes in Dashi/clear soup. It's very hearty and delicious without the feeling of heaviness after. We tried the Hinodeya Special Ramen (comes with bed of littleneck clams) and it was so fresh tasting. Service was very accommodating and attentive. We came out very impressed.
