Being a veteran of New York and Chicago, I feel they have a great recipe going here. Unfortunately it's just too difficult in Dallas. These kids they have to hire don't know what good pizza tastes like, nor do they have the love to put into it like Italian kids do. Not to mention the water and air quality just isn't the same..........Basically, Texas pizza just sucks.
Placed a last minute catering order that needed to be delivered prior to opening. General manager was more than accommodating even when I realized last minute that I booked for the wrong day. I would rate the customer service five star just for this but the client loved the food on top of it.

I live in uptown and always go to the location on Allen.
