Getting a table was horrible and the wait was long even though there were lots of empty tables, then once being seated it still took another 25 minutes just to get our coffee and two soft drinks. Our waiter let us know that our order was going to take a while due to the kitchen staff being slow. Not a great location for the franchise... extremely low staff and wait times up to an hour and a half at this location.. management service need improvement and overall needs. Complete makeover of staff and aggressive hiring
