I went to the restroom before ordering. There I saw a kitchen worker exit a stall and walk straight to the kitchen without washing his hands. I chased him to the kitchen and insisted that he wash his hands, but he indicated that he didn't need to because he had just been on his phone. Mind you, I was in the small restroom with him and didn't hear a sound from his stall.I shared this with the manager, who quickly said this was against policy and promised to address the issue with the kitchen staff.Anyway, I wasn't in the Jason's mood after that and left to dine elsewhere for today. Not sure I'll ever go back to this location.

They saved the day!! I had placed a catering order at Kroger for 3 pm on February 17th. When I arrived they had not made it and were not willing to make it when I arrived and just kept trying to get a manager to come over. I had a party starting at 5 and could not continue to wait. In desperation, I called Jason's deli and they had catering platters ready for me in 30 minutes!!! Thank you so much for helping a person in need!!!!Parking: I was in and out in a flash!

General Manager Phil (So nice) will take care of you!Baked potato bar and sliders (warm and cold) was a huge hit!Great for vegans, vegetarians, and gluten free folks.THANK YOU to the wonderful team at Jason's Deli Mockingbird.
