Food always good and fresh.The Big Caucasian girl with the glasses behind the cash register around the hour of 12pm on Thursday 4/25/2024 at the to go/ online pick up was extremely rude.. Asked what did I want and I told her I was there to pick up and online order and gave her my name she found my order and slammed it into my hands… didn’t say thank you come again or anything.. don’t know why or were the sudden rudeness came from it was very weird lol

Terrible service. Requested a vegan wrap from their menu and got it wrong not once but twice! First one was a turkey wrap, which they apologies by simply saying "oh the kitchen made the turkey wrap twice!". That's not an excuse nor a proper apology. Then they gave me a new one and had cheese in it.Staff shouting around, food was not acceptable and the staff even worst.Vegetarian options: Be careful! They give you meat on your veggie wraps.

I was looking for an traditional american breakfast restaurant; eggs, bacon, toast. After looking at the menu, I told the cashier I'm probably not going to eat here due to what is on the menu vs what I want. She asked what I was looking for and explained they can make what I want.Food was great, service was friendly and helpful. The place was very clean.

Placed an order over the phone for a half sandwich, expecting 5 or 6 dollars, 7 at the most. No total provided when I placed the order, I guess I should have asked. $10.92 I was told when I went to pick it up. I questioned if this was correct for a half sandwich, they said yes and ordering half only takes 1 dollar off. Really?! I wouldn’t expect for exactly half the cost but at least 20-30% off. That is absolute robbery, last time at a JD for me.

Great customer service. The sweet girl at the to go check out area was working really hard. There was a long line and she went back and forth to each computer to continue to take orders. She did it with kindness and a smile. Food came out exactly as I ordered and it was great! I will be coming back to this location!
