Didn't answer the phone. Call a couple times and they answer. Order, guy says it'll be 15 min. I wait 45 min and a call back. He says they are so busy and they'll deliver it soon enough. I ask why he said 15 minutes and he hangs up the phone. I call back and he is screening my calls, as a business. This guy might be having a bad day but if you can't even offer sub par service from Jimmy John's you should call your mom and tell her you are coming back home forever
This place was good but they got a new employee with long hair a male, everytime I go in he is eating right over the food they are about serve. Please talk to this employee so he stops.

Very disappointed with this location. The past 3 times, including today - it seems as though no one at this location can follow order instructions. I didn’t think it was that hard to hold lettuce or include napkins, but here we are. Will not be returning.
