I've eaten a lot of Ethiopian food and I imagine this to be the best in Dallas. Awards bestowers agree! Thanks, Yelp, for leading us to this spot. The lunch Veggie Combo came with Shiro which is generous. The beets, lentils (Misir Wot) and yellow split peas (Kik Alicha) were so deliciously spiced and balanced. In my humble opinion Lalibela’s has the best Ethiopian cuisine in the area. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is excellent, and everyone that works here is so friendly. My home away from home.

Another great Ethiopian restaurant. Was a little disappointed they didn't have the meat combo. But the veggie combo and the chicken doro wot was authentic and delicious. The tej wine was different, I liked the fermented and the hoppy flavor.
