i visited le bon temps twice. the first time the coffee was so good, i wanted to visit again. second time, the coffee is kinda missing something the service is as to be expected in a cafe; nice but calm. ambiance is chill. there are tables & chairs on the sidewalk. now onto the drinks & bites : i got a pistachio milk latte with caramel and the mini beignets. last time i got the churro beignets and they were stellar!

Do yourself and your wallet a favor and move along as there's nothing to see here! This place may have been good before their ownership change but not anymore. Paid $11 for a bag of fried on the outside but raw dough in the middle "beignets" that we had to throw in the garbage. Consider yourself warned!

Went last night after dinner at Niwa, ordered i believe a half bag of minis. Service was speedy and the guy taking our order was helpful. He threw in a few extras for us, loved that he wasn't greedy with the powdered sugar and we enjoyed them with some chocolate sauce. Look forward to going back to try the filled ones.

I love this place for the beignets and coffee. It's a small shop on Main Street but you are usually in and out. On a night day you can sit outside at the cute tables they have available. The hours on the website need to be updated but I follow them on Instagram and got their correct hours from there. I believe they are closed Monday/Tuesday and open at 10 the rest of the week.
First visit to this location and it is okay for a substitute (flights were horrible yesterday). Will return, today actually...lol Atmosphere can stand to be a bit more friendlier; nonetheless, your food is what's retaining my attention at this point.Parking: Circled the area roughly 15 minutes before finding a park.

The people were nice menu is a bit confusing at first glance. I got the Beignets regular and berry-licious. They come fresh and warm covered in powder. It's kinda like a upgraded donut funnel cake if I had to explain the taste. A enjoyable treat worth going outta your way for. Beignets are said to trace their ancestry to the Celts and French. The word Beignets means "to raise" in Celtic and "fritter" in french. In the 16th century beignets were eaten in celebration of Mardi Gras by the French. These are a prized tourist attraction food in New Orleans famously served along a coffee with chicory or a hot chocolate. Beignets share a history with lousiana as well. I had a good experience. Parking is a bit of pain and the area is very busy but I would reccomend the regular Beignets. You can pay for parking or try to find a parking spot along the street.

Beignets were very good definitely would go back. However, they are a little heavier than originals in New Orleans. Atmosphere was good for a walk up place, can't give 5 stars to a walk up come on.
Delicious beignets! I got 2 of the nutella stuffed beignets (which weren't so much stuffed as topped with) and a full bag of the beignet holes. Both were absolutely delectable. The holes are much easier to eat and especially good if you're sharing with a group.

Demetrius is so sweet and welcoming. He did a really good job explaining the menu and giving his recommendations. His customer service is a 10/10, the owner is lucky to have him as an employee ?
Best beignets in Dallas.
