Yesterday, as on many occasions I went to buy a half pepperoni pizza and the other half cheese bread, suddenly when I go I am served by a woman with freckles on her face, and it takes me up to 40 minutes to give it to me, I get home and it turns out that it is not the one I asked for. But yesterday when I went, there was an African-American girl at the register and I don't speak English, and we didn't understand each other and I told her to please go get someone who spoke Spanish and she kindly agreed. And he returns to the woman with freckles, and starts yelling at me in front of the customers that she was not going to leave where she is to take my order in Spanish, that I should ask the cashier for it and that I should hurry up because there were customers. And he didn't take my order and a guy who took my order did. And I asked her to call the manager and it turns out that she is the same woman with freckles, she always treats everyone badly. Business owner be careful in whose hands you leave your business. That woman is racist and discriminates. And I'm not going to sit idly by. Because it was the biggest humiliation of my life. Not even white Americans do what that Latina woman did. Thank you

Usually, I expect not to have a good experience, but even this time, it pushed me to boycott this location. How do you only refund 50% of an order when you don't deliver 50% of the order. I called, and that's the best you can do? I get a messed up order every single time I order from this location. I don't ever recommend this location, and I hope those are considering this location to avoid it. It's not worth the headache and wasted money.

When ordering online, they have always made my food great, however on this occasion whomever the cook was for this day needs to work on giving the customers what they paid for and not just making food any which way he likes. I bought this on Saturday, July 29,2023 during the day by the way. Overall they have been on point but today, the pizza was horrible.
