Definitely a stand out bagel for Dallas, Texas. The bagel bread actually tastes like a bagel. The flavor of both bagels I got were amazing. Great, amazing, delicious bagel. Good coffee too, coffee shop quality! Happy I stumbled upon this place and to see it packed on a Saturday morning. That being said, the place was successfully putting out bagels like nobody’s business, between pickup orders and people in line. If I have to be constructive on one thing, I saw the little toaster in the front being put to work, maybe a bigger toaster? My bagel was perfectly delicious but a little under toasted and I wonder if the mini toaster is the cause. I honestly figured they just forgot to toast it being so busy. Do not let this deter you, just ask for your bagel extra toasted if that’s your preference!!! ❤️?

The bagels are very chewy here. It’s so hard to bite through these thing my jaw hurts when I eat them. To provide some context I’ve been here on several occasions, each time hoping to see if they’d fixed their recipe or if the texture was a one off. But after going about 4 times over the last 3 months the consistency of my he bagels has not changed. Atmosphere and service are great

I finally tried this place, kicking myself for not trying it sooner. The bagels are crunchy on the outside, yet airy on the inside. I assume the spreads are made in house, top notch. And THE SANDWICHES! Best I’ve ever had!! The staff is very friendly, too.

I found this fantastic place searching Yelp. It was near my new location so I went there this morning. Wow, great bagel with excellent cream cheese/chives. Best bagel south of the Ohio River, lol. Pricy yes, but quality counts. I WIII be back. And, the coffee also was worth the trip.
Tried the everything bagel with the scallion schmear. It was delicious. Was in NYC last month and this might be the closest thing you can get to a good NYC bagel here in Dallas. Service was also A++

I’m not ashamed to say that I have the palate of a campground raccoon except I’m picky when it comes to bagels. Let me tell you these are phenomenal!!! I had a bacon, egg & cheese and oh momma it was so delicious ? They also have this Kombucha in a can that I tried and it was actually pretty tasty (normally I think it tastes like windex and fruit juice). It was smooth and clean and not bitter and a big plus it’s locally made!
