I ordered a quarter pounder without cheese and you guys can't get my burger right. I am upset and will not be coming back. I do not recommend this McDonald's maybe the one on Royal and Preston.

When did they stop serving water at mcdonald's? Why don't they hand you water here anymore when you ask for a water they just tell you we don't sell water we don't have any water. Which is pretty funny because I've been handed it over before, I feel like we're just being lazy. So you're telling me I can't have anything to drink if that is not a sugary substance.. since you're out of tea right now...Kid-friendliness: Nice

Really need to update their hours apparently. I ordered on their app at 9:30pm. Online shows they close at 11:00pm. I make it to the store at 9:45. Gates are closed. I said "I ordered on your app?" Ohhhhh....umm....uh..we're closed. "I have been unemployed I do not have the money to order dinner a second time tonight." Oh just call the bank. "No, I need a refund right now" oh I can't give a refund, oh just come back tomorrow. McDonald's will not give me the option to cancel the order. As I pulled in the parking lot it said we are making your order. There is no option to say I did not receive my order. So they took my money and now I have no food. Do not come to this lazy location. Wish there was a phone number on McDonald's corporate website to call but there's not a one. Ambiance because they are rude and do not care. This location should be shut down. Turn it into a subway. Closed approximately 30 minutes before it said they do on their door, hour and a half before it says online. Took my money and instead of making it right brushed me off.
